I bought this game for my little brother who was excited to play with Isaacs armor since he loves Dragon Age: Origins and Dead Space 1 and 2. I don't play video games and I bet this game will suck from everything I'm reading but...

Where the hell is his Sir Isaac armor? I put the code in, this profile is the one linked to his xbox account (I bought all the Mass Effect 2 crap and it shows up on this profile as unlocked) so where is it? It's not even unlocked in the game.

This is very disappointing. How do you get answers from the mods around here?

He can't even open the chest in his house to get the crappy ass blood dragon armor that comes with the stupid game. What is this garbage?

So, got my copy of DA2 earlier today, redeemed all of the accompanying bonus codes, and everything shows up on my list of registered items. So far so good, right? Here's my problem. I don't have a dedicated broadband line for my Xbox, so I just use this account to update my console and download new content, while my main gamertag is an offline one. So, I go to play completely offline, and none of the bonus items appear. Black Emporium and Exiled Prince work just fine, but nothing else, not even the SE items. So, is there a way to get the content to work across all of the gamertags on my Xbox (including the Blood Dragon Armor that works just fine offline in DA:O and ME2)? Or do I need to be connected for it all to show up?

Ok so, I guess there's no answer for the pre-ordered signature edition FROM THE EA STORE?? I mean, seriously shouldn't the company that publishes the game be on top of their OWN game??

I'm not sure why the hell I keep subsidizing their profit margins ahead of time by pre-ordering when the entire REASON for doing it continually becomes tantamount to a breach of contract by EA...

I am still seeking an answer as to why when my entitlements page says I get Staff of Parthalon and Hindsight, I am not able to get them in game, despite being able to get any other of the items, and having just unlocked the first 2 of the Legends reward items and even receiving THEM, but not the first two items I ever registered for. I've tried re-applying for them and still received nothing.

heres what you can do. upgrade your offline account to a silver, it's free. then when you log into the game with the silver account log into the ea account the dlc is attached to. from what i can tell (having not experimented with this) you can have multiple gamertags registered on one ea/bwsn account. that could remedy the situation. though i dont see why you would have an offline account and one dedicated for downloading and updating:huh:

And I guess it goes without saying, but Bioware/EA, your system of bonus item delivery is laughable and needs to be rethought.

This is BS. I ordered DA2 from a place here in New Zealand who were doing the Fadeshear and The Lion of Orlais preorder code. Now a day before release they say its cancelled. WTF??!!
Can someone please help me? That was the main reason I preordered at that place. Please cant someone please please help me out?

Hi guys just a quick question for those who played DA2 already. Is the SE really worth getting?? (I don't really care about the in game items) And how long is the Exciled Prince DLC?? I'm planning to cancel my pre-order (europe) and refund my money. I might get the game when it's cheaper but it's clearly that the game isn't worth 60 euros. Plus the game has some stupid bugs (like importing DA:o save issues). Pff I was exciting about playing DA2 for my birthday and my high expectations ruined it all. Well lesson learned no more PRE ORDERS for me.

I preordered the game from gamestop in febuary and picked it up yesterday, then i followed the directions to go to gamestop.com/code to obtain the sword and shield but they are not showing up and im extremely pissed, what the hell am i supposed to do? as far as i know nobody has the sword and shield yet help please!

First up: don't put yourself in a bad mood because of it  Remember: the game is the thing you'll get enjoyment out of; the sword and shield is just some tiny teeny little extra - the game will play no differently if you use another sword and another shield.

So if you can't get DLC item #363929345, just forget about it for now and go play the game  :happy: If you really want to use those items but bugs are getting in the way at the moment, try getting them in a couple of weeks for your next playthrough instead, when bugs will have been fixed, things will have calmed down, etc etc.

You can unlock the items now if you were in the closed beta unlocked 2 of them so far. Really enjoy the improvements that were made to legends keep up the good work Bioware! Cant wait for my signature edition of dragon age 2 to arrive from amazon!

The game unlocks at Midnight tonight, so I hope I can expect an email later tonight with those codes?

Edit: I found the game registration key on the info page in the EA downloader. No sign of the DLC codes though.

I have 100% the same problem, I pre-ordered from EA store, coz I thought I would get the extra FOR SURE! (+ The Irons) but I'm pissed because SecuRom tells me I can play in 4 hours, but I don't have the freakin' promo codes, neither for black emporium nor Irons,Fadeshear,Shield
