so, when i checked my codex, it only showed blood dragon armor, the far cliffs of kirkwall and lotherings lament, which i guess means i only got two of the three codex's i should have gotten

If you've downloaded the Promo items (in my case on Xbox 360), but later aren't connected to the internet / DA Servers, will I not be able to play my game? I ask because of the DRM fiasco surrounding the promo items for Origins and files containing any Promo weapons or armor showing up as corrupted when not online (since the DRM verifies your right to have that item based on your connection to the DA Servers).

-.-;; ea support got back to me finally, and they said to just clear my cache using the x,x,lb,rb,x,x code doesnt work...and my unlockables screen still says that i havnt unlocked anything except for the far cliffs of kirkwall, lothering's lament and blood dragon armor

amulet of ashes. so i pre-order the game back in nov. from best buy. i put in all the codes i received and register the game. In the game unlockable and on this site shows every item i'm suppose to get but amulet of ashes. so before i post here i went looking around and it seems like i was suppose to receive an e-mail with the code which i have not received. i was wondering if this is true and if anyone else had this problem? i tried called best buy but they said they can't help me until monday.

These should appear in the house - there are actually 2 chests where items may appear. Both are in the same room however, and by default you should see the loot sparkle effect over the chest (unless this option is turned off).

Have you logged into the game once, since getting the tomes?
If you exit the house and come back in does that make them appear?

The books' effects are automatically applied actually, so when he looks in his inventory he can't find them cause that's not where they go. Also he could of only got the journal entries if he actually had the items, so he had to of taken them from the chest when he grabbed all his other loot & didn't notice the XP/gold gain.

I'm surprised you didn't know that since you worked on the game

I posted my codes, and have received the items, BUT, I can't seem to figure out where to access the  DRAGON AGE ii SIGNATURE EDITION digital game soundtrack. I pre-ordered the Sig. Ed. and input the promo code for the sound track but can't figure out if its for the game itself or do I download it somewhere for, say, my MP3 player, etc.? Pleaswe advise.

I should have posted this here instead of creating a new topic.

I recently downloaded the demo and have played it with the three different classes available, and I still can't unlock the bonus item (Hayder's Razor) I'm supposed to get for finishing the demo. I always log in before playing but I keep getting a message mid game that I got disconnected from the server even though my internet connection is fine. Everytime I stop playing the demo and it goes back to the main menu, I appear as logged off. I don't know what else to do.

This game is way to short.  Why call make so much emphesis on the free marches and grey wardens from other cities if you never get to leave kirkwall.   It is very misleading and leaves the player wanting,  but not in a good way.   I loved dragon age: origins and was expecting with this one another long and fun to play game.  Fun it was long is wasn't.  It almost seems like Dragon Age: Awakening was longer.   Please stop killing the games we love by rushing them out of production.  I'm willing to wait if it means I get more out of the game.  Especially considering the cost.   I want half of my money back because I feel like I only got half of a game.   So, Bioware.  Keep making your amazing games.  Just take a little more time and effort to do it.

Hi, I hope someone can help me get to my bonus items....

I have registered the game and managed to get myself a fair few bonus items which are showing up in my registered game content on here, yet even thought im 100% signed in to the same account on my xbox while playing they are not even showing up in my unlockables page or in my chest, ive searched the web to try and find answers and done everything as i should have, im just getting a bit worked up that they are not there... i registered the game yesterday and have tried everything, yet still no items :/ anyway if anyone has any ideas please let me know before i give up haha..
