I am new to this forum, I have Dragon age 2 SE on PS3 i have registered my game (Ultimate edition and Dragon age 2 SE) on social.bioware.com and I am usinf the same EA account and the unlockable doesnt show some of the things that are listed here on my account and when i went to the chast i still didnt get everything i only got the the 2 books, and Issac armor with a free sword wich was part of the SE promo but the pre order one are listed on my registered game content on bioware site but not in game.

1) The Lion of Orlais
2) Fadeshear Sowrd



i did contact EA and they gave me a new code to register the game but still the same.

I have an extra signature edition code that my nephew did not want, by reason he already had one. He would however like to trade it for the 'Issac Clarke' (spell check?) armor code I believe. Any interested parties are welcome to send me a PM and we'll work something out from there.

I keep reading that there are 2 chests in your home, 1 storage and 1 special delivery... I can only see the storage box, there is no other crate/chest that i can see.. can someone please tell me where the box is? or why its not in my game?...im confused!

I have the blood dragon armour in ME2 (PS3), I don't have the Blood Dragon Armour in DA2 (PS3)? what gives?

I just checked the user_entitlements page, and it says I have the blood dragon armour on PS3 (and all platforms actually) but it's not highlighted in the unlockables section of DA2?

any help bioware?

I have successfully registered all DLCs, but Fadeshear and the Lion of Orlais (preorder code from Game.co.uk) won't show up at the overview of registered game content.

Why is it that the only leveling item is the Fadeshear? wouldnt the downloadable items be able to be usefull when the character over level the best in game items?

The only downloads showing up in my game are the Exiled Prince and the Black emporiem , blood dragon armor and the 1 sword from demo and on site it says everything else is unlocked but not showing up in game. help!

I received my SE today, registered the game and then the bonus content using the online pass code. However, only the game related content appeared in the registered game content screen, no Exiled Prince, soundtrack, etc. Also, none of the content showed in the game menu, even though some bonus quests popped up (after the character customization screen).

Though I was shown the successful registration screen, I tried to enter the online pass code again, just to be sure, and this time it worked. The missing items now appear at the registered content screen, along with the soundtrack, including the download links.

This may only be a particular case, but I suggest you give it a try.

I got all dat ****!!!! Kinda sucks though cause they're all only useful for like a minute....definitely not like Origins where all the DLC items were way over powered....

I'm crazy confused and really getting frustrated. I preordered my DA2 Signature Edition on January 2nd and received the Amazon preorder bonus code on March 8th. My game arrived a week late (thanks Amazon!) but I was happy to just get the darn thing after all the hassle I went through. I open the box yesterday to install it and inside are the game disk, the manual and an ad for Bulletstorm/Dead Space. No codes for anything else. My understanding when I preordered was that the Signature Edition came with the following:
The Exiled Prince, a downloadable content which includes a new companion, Sebastian Vael
Soundtrack (Dragon Age II)
The Black Emporium and Ferocious Warhound
Exclusive in-game digital armory featuring multiple weapons

Items:
Apostate's Courage
Seeker's Bulwark
Adder of Antiva
Might of the Sten
Ring Of Resilience

I've entered the preorder bonus code sent by email from Amazon and registered my signature edition here but none of the bonus content shows up in my registered game content. Why did my copy of the game not contain an insert with a code to activate my online pass to get the Black Emporium/Warhound, a code for the other content and a code for the soundtrack? How do I get these items now?

UPDATE!
I went to http://support.ea.com/ and started a live chat with a customer support rep. They asked me some questions (where did I buy it, what version, when did it arrive etc) and then asked me to take some picture (game case, receipt and manual with my email address, the date and the name of my customer service rep on the back of the manual) and send it to them. After confirming I was who I said I was and had legitimately preordered the DA2 SV they gave me my codes which I typed it and have worked like a charm! I'm about to install my DL content so if that works I'm all set! If you're in the same boat as me I highly reccomend starting a chat session with EA customer support!

I don't like EA as a whole, but I have to give them props for their support. Some of the best support in any business, if only we all had support like them for everyday life, then the world would be a better place.

i would like to get the armor from dead space 2 but i was told i had to play dead space 2 logged into my ea account and then go into da 2 wile logged into my ea account to find out how to get. my prob is i dont have ds 2 at all.

I already have all those books/fadeshear/lion of orlais/etc. but can't for the life of me figure out how to unlock the black emporium. Any help?

You don't unlock it, you need to download the .exe installer file from the bioware site.

If you do the necessary steps now, it should just show as authorized under Profile ==> Your registered game content.  No redemption code needed or expected, unless things have changed again (back to the original plan that worked poorly).
