When you buy a new copy of Dead Space 2 there is a code in the box once you have the code go here and enter it.

Hi, first up thank you for taking thw time to put all this info together

I do have one question though , I purchased, downloaded and installed 'the exiled prince'  content from the Boiware online store.

The instructions say that I should enter my redemption code to receive the Antivan Garrote.  

Only thing is, where do I find the redemption code, I cant see it on the email receipt sent to my for purchasing 'the exiled prince".

If someone could knodly let me know where to look for the redemption code I will be ever so grateful.

if you pre order it should be the pre order code. it called online pass or something. like it

I purchased and downloaded 'the exiled priest' yesterday. So just where is this elusive redemption code .....

Although I doubt any of the powers that be are still reading this thread, I'll ask anyway:

Why is it the Antivan Garrote the only bonus item I've encountered so far without a codex entry? I know it's a minor thing but man, I miss the flavor text from DA:O and these codex entries are all I've got.

Also, if and when it ever goes in - I hope it's not the same as on the promotional items page, which sounds like it was written as a joke. It's bad enough the item is a belt (when it should probably be a neck piece) but there's no context for the way that entry is written as compared to all the rest of the items in the game which have a bit of "serious" history or description to go along with them.

So, give us our Codex and make it a good one, not this "I'll use this throttling wire to hold up my pants, k" entry.

Ok, so I just redeem the black emporium on xbl marketplace yesterday. downloaded onto my xbox, and it works fine. But it isn't on my entitlement page in social.bioware site. Is that normal?

Hi, I pre-ordered DAII in January from BestBuy. Last week I went to go pick it up from the store. I took a copy off the shelf (PC) and took it home. I see now that there are a few bonus items I am entitled to because I pre-ordered.

My questions is: how do I get the redemption code for these items? All that came with my copy is the regular registration key. Is there someone from BioWare I can contact who can add these items to my account?

same here, i got the game as a b-day gift, my friends assure me it was pre-ordered before the 8th of march, but the e-tailer didn't ship or email any codes for the fadeshear or lion of orlais.

i would have liked to get those items...

@ Stevendlee, your mistake was picking up a box from the 'shelf'. If you preordered your box would have been ever so slightly different than those on the shelf and would have been held by BestBuy for you to pick up so that you would have the proper codes.

@ heavyTank did you ask the friend who sent you the gift if 'he' received an e-mail with the codes?

Finished the game just by playing it regulary. Didnt need any items at all. What I did need though, wad ritalin, for all the A pressing business. I never had to use my brains once.

If someone could help me out, I played Dragon Age Legends on facebook to unlock the "Ivo Family Crest", "Dura's blue flame", "Air of confidence", "Evra's might", and "Evra's trophy belt" but I don't know where or how to unlock the items in DA2. I loaded up the game and it's still locked. Any help would be appriciated, thanks.
