Sooo, the EA Download version of Dead Space 2 DID get cheated out of Ser Isaac's armour after all? Even after all the pre-release talk of how they would change it to the PS3 system of "sync the game with your EA account and it will automagically appear"? That's... sad.

Can we get any official statements on this?
If I bought Dead Space 2 from EA digitally, a version that didn't get any codes bundled, do I or do I not get entitled to Ser Isaac's armour?

EDIT: Sorted out via EA support. It's a bit sad that the poor support staff has to handle this, but it's a quick and painless (for the user, at least) process.

Sorry in advance if this was answered already (nothing came up on a search I just ran), but has any reason been given as to why the Ring of Whispers is unavailable on the PS3?

I had hoped it was just an oversight in the product listing at first (as all other content seems to have been fully cross-platform), but after registering the code for the ring, sure enough, it is only unlocked for the PC and XBox.

Is there any hope that we PS3 users will have access to this item?

Ok, silly question, so please indulge me.

In order to qualify for the Amulet of Ashes bonus item, did one have to specifically pre-order DAII from Best Buy, or anyone who simply purchases DAII from Best Buy qualifies for this bonus item? Meaning if someone went to pick up a brand new copy of DAII from Best Buy today, would they qualify for Amulet of Ashes?

Would really appreciate clarification on this. Many thanks in advanced.

I preordered DA2 a couple of days ago and received an email froma Amazon that tells me that the two items should appear here... that's not happening so does anybody know how that works???

To answer my own question: if you got Dead Space 2 via any download service and did not get a code, contact the EA support. They get this sorted out within the span of 15-20 minutes of which two thirds is waiting in the queue (of other unfortunates, no doubt). So, yay, I now have Ser Isaac's armour!

Everything ive researched so far in the forums has shown that the digital download of Dead Space 2 is excluded from the armor offer. But nothing here states it needed to be a boxed copy or am i missing something?

What pisses me off even more that i got screwed out of it, is that its listed in my item unlocks (but greyed out) so taunting me even more....

 That was great info, after seeing your post i too contacted support and am now the owner of the armor. Thx Noel for the suggestion and thx for support for proccessing this so quickly.

Yeah, you should see everything.  If you preordered, in my case it's from Amazon, you should get two codes total.

One from the preorder, the second from owning Signature Edition.

After unlocking from Social Site it should look something like this.

You have to download everything including DLC and soundtrack manually through the promotion page.

I got the signature eddition from amazon, but in the email they sent me with teh code, they only mention the fadeshear and lion of orlies, will the code they gave me unlock everything, or will they send another e-mail with the sig eddition stuff?

Why are there bonus items listed in the unlockables menu in game that are not listed on the dragon age bonus items page, such as Ivo family crest, Dura's blue flame, Air of Confidence, Evra's might, and Evra's trophy belt....How do you get those unlocked?

Those are items that you can eventually unlock by playing Dragon Age Legends (currently in closed Beta) on FB...

As for my Soundtrack question, THIS is what I get when I redeemed my code...

"Code successfully redeemed! NOTE: You may need to refresh your wallet balance in-game before content will appear in-game. "

But so far, nothing has appeared in the game and no Soundtrack DL option on the promo page

I'm in the same position although my email notifying I can pre-load is very clear that it is the Signature edition. My assumption on the download manager is that really there is no difference as far as it is concerned. The SE is something that is unlocked.

What we EA store customers seem to be missing are the code(s) for the unlockable items. I have my doubts they will appear on the 11th with us doing nothing. They should, really, be either in the email sent to us or listed in the details of the game in the download manager. I think something's gone wrong logistically with the European EA store here myself. Going to try and get some answers out of customer support.

The link from each item says to input the code but I have no available code. Nothing within the game box, nothing on my receipt.

Where do I obtain this mysterious code to get the last of my goodies?
