Poor DX11 performance? (High Texture Pack Q's as well)

XFX 5870 1GB
I5 750 @ 4ghz
4GBS of DDR3 RAM
So, I wasn't really expecting too many issues with having a smooth framerate in DA2 on DX11, however it appears I am wrong. To me, the game is unplayable (15 fps) with the High quality Blur and other misc options turned on. When those are turned off, and AA is turned off, the game is slightly more playable but it's not smooth. (I'm nitpicky, I'll only play if it's smooth as butter). Anyways, with my setup is this performance normal?
Also, are the textures of everything (clothes, ground, areas, the MAIN stuff) changed from using DX11 opposed to 9? The game runs so smooth when it's on DX9, not a single hitch. So basically what I'm asking is, am I getting all of the same texture upgrades when I'm using DX9? I never have been a fan of DX11 since the littlist things it does slows it down too much for me to warrant using it in my opinion.
Any responses would be helpful!

Also run windows 64 bit with 4gb or more ram memory.

well a lot of things contribute to it, like drivers. Have you installed the latest drivers for your radeon card? because with the setup you have (the graphics card alone costs 350 dollars) you should have no real problems. Though I suggest a small Ram upgrade. maybe 8 GB max instead of 4.
Also run windows 64 bit with 4gb or more ram memory.
Latest drivers are indeed installed, and I am running with 64-bit.

Considering he has a GTX580 and only gets 40fps, I'd say that's normal. I also have a GTX460 and can only manage high settings with 8xAA, no SSAO and get between 40 and 60fps with vsync on. AA isn't that taxing but SSAO seems to cut the framerate in half though.. I'd say the game needs some more optimization, and nvidia and ati need to hurry up with new drivers.

Why are you running more than 4x AA , unless you run at 1200p theres no real noticable difference other than a loss of FPS.

6GB
GTX 570 1280MB (running the beta drivers)
Win7 64
Game chugs on Very High. The only way to get a solid 60+fps is to set it to "High" and disable SSAO. Game still looks nice on these settings but I was hoping to be able to max it out with this rig.
BTW AA and AF have zero performance impact for me so I just run at 4x AA / 16x AF.

I can confirm that NVIDIA beta drivers fix the issue for Nvidia issues, enjoy!
I can confirm they "help", but do not "fix" it by far. IMO, BW needs to do work on the DX11 engine AND nvidia needs to do work on more driver optimizations for DA2
