I saw a post by Bioware some time ago that said they might release all promotional items as a DLC at some point in the future as a weapons/armor pack type thing. Key word being might. I would assume that would include the SE items, but I again...they didn't say they were going to for sure.

Sorry those items are exclusive to the signature edition, maybe when 5-6 months done the road or on the Ultimate edition.

If we ever get a toolset I'm sure someone will mod them like was done for Origins...just have to wait.

I dont hope that those who havent gotten the signature edition will ever get the armory.Since then it was ALMOST a waste buying sig edition mark my word ALMOST.

BTW. The Might Of Sten Is Awsome :P

A pack would be nice but I also hope they release them individually so those of us who do have some can get the rest and not have to pay for the ones we already have.

I doubt ALL of the Promo / Sig Ed stuff will be released as a DLC...probably some will, as was done with some of the promo material for ME2...but the Signature Edition weapons will probably not be released in a DLC since that almost negates the exclusivity of the SE. I'm pretty sure the Collector Armor/Weapon from the Collectors Edition of ME2 was never released as DLC and never will be...I see the same approach being done here.

I dont think the OP understands that DA2 as it was released is basically just a DLC itself.
