i have had the same problem with it being rejected from game, i have just got off phone to them and they have reordered it and taken payment, so iv still got the sig edition coming, unless something else goes wrong

Mine was held for credit checking yesterday evening, but it went through okay at 9am this morning. I was nervous that something would go wrong even though my card is perfectly valid and used on a regular basis, but luckily it all went through fine. Now just to wait for the dispatch.

Just got off the phone to them myself...and now officially have a new LI in the form of the customer service lady with the lovely voice. I took the middle option, in this case, charm, and managed to get the order reinstated. Of course...I'm sure my Championesque good looks and spot-on Hawke smile helped to no end.



Seriously though, they seem to have a pretty nice bunch of customer service reps from my experience. Shouldn't be a problem getting your order back on if you're polite. GL people.

i just got an email from GAME that says,

'Your order has left the building and will be with you soon! Your credit/debit card will now be charged in accordance with your instructions and if you are a Reward Member your points will be added to your card.'

so mines fine thank god

woah it's amazing all these stories of european and asian retailers but game is taking the cake their mate,Id be on to them asap and give them what for ask them to confirm the 3 digit number that you supposedly gave them originally and watch them skirm under the lie,just push them til they break thats all you can really do.im glad I didnt go with the sig edition myself ,I hope it doesnt ruin your enjoyment of the game:) post up your results from talking to game so we know what happens, It would be interesting to see what they say:)

I pre-ordered my Sig Edition as a digital download. My email from wayback says it'll be available to me on the 11th.

Why can't GAME give me my digital download right now? Scratch that. So apparently the release date for digital things is now the 10th? Or what? Steam has it up for release on the 10th even though the DA front page still lists today as the release date and I'm pretty sure I could just wander down my local GAME and find a copy on the shelves.

Yay yay yay yay!! My order has left the building and is on it's way!! I can breathe now.

Hope you guys do get it sorted, but it does look like calling them will hopefully get your order reinstated. I'm pretty surprised GAME have cancelled a lot of orders, I've had nothing but good experience with them.

Oookay. That's taken care of (hopefully). It has not left yet though. I ordered in late december and paid through paypal, I assume they'll send first orders first ? Any news from those who had their payment rejected ?

If your copies have actually been sent out, you could get it tomorrow.

It's making me wonder if I should have ordered with Game despite it being £3 or so dearer than from shopto.

I've called GAME customer services at 10 AM today, explained that my preorder was rejected and sent them the details for one of my other card. I now have to wait for an email from them... Hopefully they will send me my signature edition soon! (fingers crossed)

Finally got an update from GAME: they reordered the SE for me using the new payment details that I've sent them! Even though it's still listed as a preorder, I am sure they will send it on its way later today. I'll keep you guys posted!

Good stuff. Mine has just changed from rejected, back into a preorder too...though the cynic in me questions what will happen now. What if there ARE shortages? What then??

apparently its all down to us and that if you phone up they will replace the EXACT order (i.e SE for 39.99 ect. . . ) but u will not get an email till the manually re do ur order today, dispatch tomo

I keep hearing a lot of bad thing about GAME UK but GAME Sweden just sent my copy. I'll either get it today or tomorrow so it's likely a UK-thing as harsh as that sounds.

Paid over the phone instead (with the same card and payment accepted?) and explained my issue and got the signature edition re-pre-ordered. Never had a issue with UK Game before and the customer rep was lovely.

ordered mine from shopto too, I usually get it a day early as well and they always been good so felt better and they were cheaper but Game have seem to up their game in this case but I can wait a little bit longer, got friday off from uni so gonna be an awesome day!

I'm self-employed and my work consists of playing games due to writing guides etc. for websites. So, that's another reason I want the game as soon as possible to generate some extra income.

Its happened to me and Im glad others are having the same trouble. I emailed customer services about it yesturday and still havent heard anything from them. I have a feeling they wont allow me to have the game so Ive pre ordered the normal version just in case they say no. Takes the mick, but Im glad Im not the only one. They should let us have those copies because no one else can preorder them now!! Its disgusting!

Hi zombie I also use shopto.net they are awesome! usually they deliver one day earlier.
Before DA2 i preordered mvc3 from them and that arrived 2 days early, would be mint if that happened again but i think its more likely to arrive thurs at the earliest unless we get a dispatch confirmation later today

I have this problem with swedish GAME at the moment. So awesome that no one answers on the phone either, I must have tried calling at least 10 times now. Waiting for emails is just... gah.

And this is wht the sig edition idea sucks. If you paid a bit more to get one instead fof before jan 11th you could always order another. Hope you get your copy.

Im hoping so, when i ordered awakenings i recieved on the day of release but I was a later pre-orderer, I ordered DA2 literally a few days after the SE was announced so hoping they send it out asap tomo! :happy:
I already paid for it today so nothing should go wrong...

My sister got hers from game and is like woohoo it got sent today!
