I'm just waiting for it to be dispatched now.

Only thing that bugs me is that we are all on Game 1st to play, so it will arrive tomorrow or thursday. Our codes won't work till friday

i never order online with game going into store £15 cash £5 deposit 20 trade and 2.50 on my loyalty card dragon age 2 se.

Having given them a call, I can agree with everyone saying that the customer service staff are very helpful. They've corrected my order and I should still be getting my Signature Edition. Now I just have to wait for the confirmation email. Fingers crossed!

Everyone who has had a problem should definitely give them a call.

Its the other pre order copy (not SE) that am worried about, thats still pending, though it does say authorized and waiting packing.... Won't be happy 'till that says dispatched. Otherwise hubby will claim that un and I will have wait

My PC SE dispatched this morning no problem. I'm disappointed that GAME ****ed up so many peoples orders though. I must have ordered dozens of games from them online and they always arrived a day before release or on the day itself. Hopefully this is just a blip.

I've never had a problem with GAME before. I ordered DA:O from them and it was delivered a day early with no hiccups along the way, so I was quite surprised and disappointed when there was an issue with my latest order and apparently with so many others' as well. Still, despite that the customer service has been good and they've supposedly sorted it all out, so I can't really complain.

I did get that error first time, but when I got the first order on Game.co.uk (unrelated, FONV) through successfully, it worked on subsequent orders - my credit card was entered wrongly beforehand (non-ASCII characters in my name, so it's a common problem).

Phone them if you haven't already. Doing so seems to be helping everyone who has had their order cancelled.

Same as others, I called GAME this morning and another kind lady reordered it for me. I was right about the billing address so hope that helps others identify their problems!

Just waiting for the dispatch to confirm...

To be fair to GAME this was my fault so I can't blame them, I'm just happy they were nice enough to redo the order at this late stage!

Hope everyone gets their SE orders sorted ok!

My PC Sig Edition has been dispatched from GAME! That means it should be with me tomorrow, so I can, I dunno - install it and wait until Friday to play it. =) Still, puts my mind at ease.

My Signature Edition for the PC had been in the packing process since yesterday afternoon, but was thankfully sent at around 12 today so it should come tomorrow if not Thursday.

I've never had any problems with Game.co.uk before per say, the only problem was when my preorder for the PS3 (when it first came out) was cancelled, but that was down to the bank rejecting it, not Game, because they thought something odd was going on with with such a large bill going through suddenly.

I don't know why anyone is having any trouble with GAME. I've pre-ordered stuff off of their site for years now, and I always get it, no problems at all, the day before the store release date.

Like alot of people, I got my Dispatch note earlier today for my SE. I've just one question... what version of DA2 are people having the troubles with? From what i can tell it seems mostly to be PS3's that are getting orders cancelled...
