I had the same problem, but I rang up and they said it's all been fixed, so maybe there's just been a problem with them processing payments. Either way, I work at Game (terrible employer, don't judge me, it's temporary) and I'm in on Thursday when we're getting sig editions in, so if they do end up cancelling my preorder I can just hold one of the sig editions we'll get delivered for myself. Unethical, but awesome ^^

I messed up my card details so my order was rejected yesterday. Rang up around 11 today and they said they'd re-do my order. It's been stuck as 'preorder' ever since though. Anyone else still at this stage? I just want it to start checking my card and dispacting! :(

PC for me. I'm not sure what is causing the problems people are having, to be honest. I've ordered from GAME before too and never had any issues until now. Still, at least GAME is fixing it if you give them a call.

I didn't order my SE from game.co.uk until January, and mine was just dispatched, no problems.

Still no change in my re-preorder... Hopefully everything will be alright this time around and our copies will get posted today so they can reach us by Thursday or Friday.

i had mine turned down aswell so i called up and was told i could order my sig editions as they did not have any left? i explainned what had happened but they said that there has been a error in ordering the sig editions so some people will miss out.

My SE just got shipped from GAME, no problem what so ever. You won't find out the truth on this forum though - your best bet is bank/GAME. Contact your bank, then contact GAME (depends on what the bank said).

Seriously? That's... crap. :unsure:

Maybe it's a first come, first serve thing? Before now, a phone call was all it took to get people their SEs.

To make my day even worse, they rejected my preorder, but I just called them and replaced it. I really hope it's going to be okay now.

Correct me if I'm wrong: GAME reserves the amount of money when you pre-order it, but they take it only when they ship the game?

Mines been like that since I called. It says it was ordered at 12:12 today which is right because thats when I called the customer services. Im on edge too because it hasnt taken payment yet. Tempted to change my bank.

Mine hasn't been updated either... It probably will switch to pending in an hour or two, just hope it makes it past the authorization this time... :unsure:

Correctamundo, would be pretty unethical to take money before they had sent your product or even confirmed it is being processed!

Fingers crossed for you and me and everyone counting on the replacement orders!

Same deal for me, as far as I'm aware the rejected order will stay rejected and the new one will go through as normal (hopefully!) so no, you won't get double-charged. even if you do they  would be in the wrong and it would be simple to sort.

I have since had a emial from game telling me my SE's has been dispached dont understand what has happend but just glad i'm getting the game (as they have taken the money from my bank).Image IPB

I had this problem, fixed by 100% checking my card details, turns out i had misclicked on my expiry date by 1 month, fixed now, waiting to hear back from game on email :)

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd give them a ring. I contacted them by email and have so far got no response there, but when I called them the situation was resolved.

Or at least I think it's been resolved. Still waiting for that confirmation email. :?

There has been a mess up somewhere down the european line in regards to the SE edition. Unforntunatly some will pay the price for it. Haven't ordered the SE edition, but would be gutted myself if I did in time and waiting, getting more and more excited just to be told I can get one withoutr a fault of my own. :(

I know it doesn't help I know ... :( ... just wish EA/Bioware would try something in regards to these issues experienced by some in regards to SE :editions. Just hard to do and to prove that one pre-ordered a SE copy in time ::(
