This had me worried until i checked my order status. Lucky enough no problems with the payment having been authorised today and its now in the packing stage. It'll hopefully be dispatched tomorrow then. Considering i had to change my payment options a few weeks ago due to forgetting my card expired, i was expecting the worst when i read the OP.

Hope this is just a temporary issue they'll sort out for those having trouble.

3 hours and still nothing. Hate waiting like this. The woman did say I would get an email within the hour reagrding confirmation of the order, but nothing. Still held as a pre order on the site :/

Hmm. Checked mine today out of worry from seeing all my fellow UKers having problems. Apparently mine has been dispatched so here's hopin' It seems to be a fairly random issue from what I'm seeing.

Still, crossing my fingers for you guys. I know how annoying a no-show is.

I think it's an email off of game because there was a massive stink about GAME not giving the preorder bonus' to SE Pre-orders but they then backtracked and said they would be emailed out

As to e-mails, I don't remember what happened last time I ordered from Game. I think I did actually get them via e-mail though. Arrives the same day as the game if I remember rightly. Or was it Amazon... might have been Amazon.

Well duh! Name gives away i'm welsh doesn't it :P I'v never really had a problem with GAME personally. Infact on lots of occasions the games come a day early.

GAME fixed my order this morning and placed me a second one.. that second one has been declined also :-/

I have a massive amount of credit on my card too and use the card all the time. Idiots.

:) Thanks for the kind thought, Tez, I have indeed managed to sort my problem out and get the SE re-instated. I never did find out what the problem was. GAME  simply took my details again and placed a new order - so far so good;

I'd really advise anyone else having problems to call GAME on 0871 200 1221, particularly if you had the Signature Edition on pre-order. That copy is definitely YOURS so make sure they get it ready for you. My call was pain-free, the lady I spoke to didn't argue with me or act aloof (as I've come to expect). Simply got things sorted.

HUGE thanks to this awesome community for sharing in my distressed evening and offering suggestions - helped me no end to have that kindness!

Cool, i am glad you got the order reinstated and i hope other people having the problem will too. It wouldn't be a problem if the SE wasn't discontinued after january the 11th. A very strange idea in my opinion.

Happened to me with Fight Night Champions few days ago. I even got the game next day and it still hadn't been taken out of my account. It has now but you'll be fine.

As for GAME Bonus codes, they are sent through email.

It's a big weight off my mind to see that "Credit/debit card has been authorised" line and like everyone else in the thread; I found customer services really helpful! So definitely call them if anyone is still having trouble!

Like others, though; I find myself questionning the nature of the limited Signature Edition decision. I understand why Bioware did this; as a means of thanking / rewarding early custom but it did really give me a scare to think I'd lost my pre-order and knew I couldn't get it back through just a normal pre order...

Still, all is well now (thankfully!). Can't wait to start playing!  So excited!

I did notice that I never received a confirmation e-mail, but they did update my orders page with the new order so you might not get an e-mail regarding the order...
