so now that the ea one has appeared in the download manager ready for downloading(have to wait a couple of days until the amount shows up on my bank account), should I take the game one back for a refund?
was trying to decide if I should pre-order the ps3 version but didn't.

Definitely worth calling, I called first thing this morning (9am) and my order was uploaded on the website at 09:49am, so it's nice and prompt!

Dragon Age 2 (with PreOrder Bonus in-game Fadeshear & The Lion of Orlais) to the basic
Dragon Age 2 with no mention of the bonus content.....i do hope i still recieve the bonus content as when i pre ordered the game it was advertised as having bonus content.

The only annoying thing is that when the woman re-did my order after it initially failed she put it through as normal 1st class delivery and not special delivery. I live in Southampton so I'm hoping Royal Mail still get the game to me by Friday. Anyone else using free delivery?

Reminds me of the time when i got Mass Effect 2 collectors edition cheap from GAME only to find out i pre-ordered the pc edition. checked the prices (pc was cheaper) and saw the pc version was cheapest but didn't look what it was for. Gutted i was.
