So while I'm waiting for my game to dl(if it ever will, EADM keeps resetting the progress to 0 or 16%) I decided to check if I had all the DLC I'm supposed to. I pre-ordered from the ea-store(never again), so I should have "The Iron", I also should have the Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais, and I don't. I have all the other stuff I'm entitled to(except the game, which SHOULD have finished dl'ing saturday...)
Promo DLC not showing up...

I also bought it at EA store, and i got mine downloaded and preloaded without problem, but i dident recive any codes for the promo items so i kinda agree with the never again:)

I searched their "support" section, other people had this problem with other games, I might just demand a refund and buy it from Gamestop.

same here i believe we'll get an email when official release comes out, at least I hope. Just make sure you check your spam folder because my exiled prince DLC receipt went directly to spam..

Are we going to have to wail till friday, I know you say when the game unlocks, but you never said how we are getting it, Will you be emailing us? Will it be auto? ( from the EA store)

I hope so. They never sent me the codes when I bought Crysis through EA Store. Still angry about that, although I did buy ME2 and DA:Awakening through EADM with no problems.

I second that. The code came immediately at launch-date but went directly to spam in Gmail. Had me ****ing about it for a couple of days before I found out.
