 So, I live in Chile and the local XBL was launched in November 2010.  Recently I migrated my account and everything works fine, except that they have no support for ME2!!!.  Not even the weapon packs or alternate appearance.
My question is: Is there another (legal) way to download the DLCs if they are not in my local XBL??

The exact same problem is here in Czech Republic.
Thank god i already bought all the DLCs, but should a new one arrive, I will be in trouble and will be forced to buy the ps3 version, because SONY doesnt handle its customers like animals.

No, I have the previous DLC but, like my Czech comrade, I'm worried about the new DLC, because I wont be able to get it. ME2 doesn't exist in XBL Chile.
May be they'll release a version with all the DLC, like Dragon Age???

Thanks, but I don't have much hope on the xbox forums. Maybe with time, more games will be added to XBL.
My other option was to migrate to another country, but we only get a limited list of countries to do that (Among them the Czech Rep), and apparently thats not a solution.
Anyways, mcz2345, if something happens, I'll let you know.

Well, the arrival has arrived and i cant download it. I HATE MICROSOFT, SONY from now on forever !!

Sorry to hear that, but "The Arrival" has arrived in Chile. I had no hope in them, but this time I'm happy I'm wrong.
