Why I can't open the VERY HIGH quality in my PC?
My PC has already installed DX11.
CPU i5-430M
Graph ATI HD 5470 1GB
RAM 6GB
System Win7 Ultimate edition 64bits
Can anyone tell me what should I do to open the VERY HIGH quality.

Go to the configurator and set the renderer do DX11. As is the case in pretty much all games, laptop GPUs may or many not work as they are not supported. Also, with the performance people are currently getting in DX11, your HD5470 wouldn't give you playable framerates anyway. Sorry.

No. You can only do Very High if you have a TRUE DX11 video card. DX10 cards use the DX 11 renderering system, but can not do the DX 11 special fx.
Basically
Low-Med=Dx9
High=Dx10 features
Very High = DX 11 features
TBH you really don't want to be on Very High. Look at my sig... at my computer set up... I'm having performance issues on very high with my rig. Some nvidia beta drivers helped, but the DA2 DX11 engine needs some work done on it.

No, high rez pack is 100% seperate from "details" once you get the hi rez pack, you will see a sep option to use or not use hi rez textures.
I've been playing the game for about 8 hrs so far... so I've been able to play with the settings a bit

I have the same issue with my 5870. It wouldn't let me set it to DX 11 and it won't go past medium.
Texture Pack is installed
The Check Box for High Res Textures is seleteced in the video options
Windows Update fixed it
