ANDERS TURNED MY HUSBAND GAY and I love it.

I look forward to his tears of agony. They'll make a great Tventir wine, I'm sure.

All this talk of Anders' battle animations has reminded me - missing dialogue for my snarky rogue!Hawke Vivien. Because when Anders said she'd been teasing him I took it literally;

Hawke: Y'know Anders, you twirl your staff a lot.
Anders: *splutter* What!?
Hawke: Your staff, in battle, you sort of wield it with a flourish. What did you think I meant?
Anders: Oh nothing. Just a friend back in Amaranthine used to call me 'Staff Twirler'. Thought it was funny. Why, is it distracting?
Hawke: Oh, no Anders. You can twirl your staff around me as much as you like.
*Pause*
Anders: Maker, you're evil.

The same thing happened with my boyfriend up to the point when Anders sort of came on to him and he turned to me all confused and was like "Does the heart option mean friendship or flirting?" and I was like "Why dont you find out?" and he tried it and his Hawke went super gay and had a little flirty exchange with Anders and my boyfriend was like "YOU TRICKED ME! My Hawke is gay now!" and I was like MUAHAHAHA 

But he actually went back and changed it -.- and now he's romancing Merill and likes Anders quite alot but finds him very extreme and calls him a little terrorist lovingly. (Oh the pain) buuut I can see him starting to properly dislike Anders in act 3 when he goes all harsh to Merill

Alas gentle prodding couldn't convince my husband to romance Anders (he was all about Merril). Ach oh well that just makes him mine all mine (well, in this household anyway, of course Anders is all of ours )

My husband always ends up romancing Merrill but the most recent time, he flirted with Anders also. Eventually it turned into this:

me: You know, if you keep flirting with Anders past this conversation you'll end up in a relationship with him. You should probably break it off now if you want to romance Merrill.

I'm extremely amused by the whole thing because I wasn't even trying to prod him in that direction. I was just, you know, watching him play. He just finds Anders THAT awesome.

I've never even heard of that.
Anyways, it's not that it's unbearable, it's annoying. After being able to jump from foe to foe so quickly in DA2, going back to the completely different combat style of DAO is annoying.

really?  it's extremely useful when you want to check something quick but don't have a nearby save at hand... basically the moment you hit enter everything you can see dies. and you get the XP.

i think you can get from Denerim gates to post-coronation in something like 5 mins with that.

Count yourself lucky. I dread the day my semi-retarded runt inbred cat reaches old age. She'll probably have dementia and start seeing things that aren't there. She already pounces on our faces when we're sleeping. And swats at invisible string.
Out of ALL the cats in the world, I had to pick the escape artist a-hole kitten with attitude, and the inbred runt cat that still doesn't know the difference between a litterbox and her food bowl at ten months old.
