The new thread title fills me with love. Now we just need banners. Banners full of fairy Justice and lovely Andersella.

I totally love that this thread is, in every way, just about as crazy as Anders himself. Either Anders has corrupted our psyches or we were already all this screwed up. I'm going with the latter.

We were already this screwed up. That's why we're drawn to His Crazypant

I think he's cute when he get's all flustered (frantic) trying to convince Hawke of his views.

His trembly voice breaks my heart. And the fact that he STILL believes in a maker and wants to convince himself the maker doesn't hate mages like the chantry says. Eh

Hmm, does anyone have a YouTube of Anders reading his manifesto?

I have an idea for my fic, but I don't want to fire up my Rivalmance Hawke to hear him read it (Rivalmance makes me sad D:).

Not a video, but I have the transcript:

He wrote: "Andraste suffered at the hands of the magisters, thus she feared the influence of magic. But if the Maker blamed magic for the magisters' actions in the Black City, why would he still gift us with it? The oppression of mages stems from the fears of men, not the will of the Maker. What do you think?"

To which I would always tell him that his arguments were pointless for the sheer amount of lolz.

Here is the video, he/she filmed all the rivalry scenes, so it might help you for other parts of your fic.

On rivalry, does Anders always say 'If I convince no one else in Thedas, I swear I will at least have you on my side?' thus leading to heart or broken-heart options, or is it only when romance flag is already set? If ithe latter, what does he say when there's no romance?

I love it when Anders reads his Manifesto to Hawke, adorableness cannot be surpassed after that.

Not a direct quote but...
"Trash... trash... keep..." Makes me want to snatch him up for a cuddle, I have to keep reminding myself not to when I'm not romancing him.

Well, it is sort of Anders show-and-tell and this point. Dirty show-and-tell.

I like to imagine that his manifesto is written in hot pink crayon and he draws cute little pictures of him and Hawke holding hands in the margins.

Gah, he is just too precious for words when he's reading his manifesto like a little kid standing in front of the class to read a book report or something.  It's just too adorable, and it gives Hawke the strange urge to award him gold star stickers.

On construction paper!

Now I'm picturing kid Anders at craft time in the Circle making little scenes of himself overthrowing establishments out of macaroni.

It cracks me up that the manifesto has managed to invade Hawke's mansion. Stuffed in books, left on desks, in Hawkes journal, and even the tattered remains of a burned one in the fireplace. Even though we don't see it in game I can imagine all of Hawkes friends hanging out at his place on a regular basis. They must have some amazing parties.

Haha I'm gonna go get a sandwich. When I return, someone will probably have drawn Anders as Robin Hood or something.
