I just replayed the Tranquility quest, and when Karl said that they were going to make Anders tranquil and the templars started surrounding us I about turned into Vengeance myself! *FreeTheMages* *HugAnders*

I like it. I think the colors complement each other nicely. Though if you wished to make the jacket a bit more red that would also look nice.

hm... it looks more brown/purple here but my laptop can be renown for messing with colors. would kicking down the vibrancy help? (i'm trying to remember my photoshop and color training here.)

Do you guise know if Ferelden has any official national colors or the like? I'd like to make one of the Anders outfits Fereldan in theme, but I don't know how I should colorize it.

How do you make changes to armor and stuff for mods? Is there a program you use?

I'm really knocking these Anders tints out quickly. Isabela's outfits gave me SO MUCH TROUBLE. The colors were just impossible.

But Anders's coats' textures are amazing. I had no idea. Whoever was responsible for that artwork needs to be chained to his or her desk and forced to do all the clothing and armor textures for DAIII.

Both DA games use tintmaps to dynamically apply color variations to models. The devs hate me and neglected to make a tintmap for any of the companion outfits, so I've had to make them myself. BUT IT'S WORTH IT.

See here. A tint applies its R color to the areas defined by the tintmap's red channel, its G color to the tintmap's green channel, and so on.

DA tints aren't from 0-255... they're from 0 to 1. And changes between Origins and DAII require you to reduce the intensity by a factor of ten and decimate each RGB value.

So, the silver is: 0.0940999984741, 0.0940999984741, 0.0940999984741

And the green is: 0.0234999991953, 0.0430999994278, 0.0234999991953
