and LOL @ Cullen's politely bemused expression. "It's always nice to see you, Champion. You should come by more often."

*snerk*  I love being a blood mage and trolling everyone in DA2.  The badassery doesn't hurt either.

You take the most magical screenshots.

Cullen: Yes, Champion, that's exactly what blood mages look like. What a good impression. Now make sure you keep an eye out for insidious blood mages.

Totally offtopic, but I thought you guys would appreciate this week's MGDMT.

Lovely pictures too, Meonlyred! Everyone needs some Anders cuddle time now and then.

Coelasquid owns Sten, this is fact. I love her art and comic:lol:.

The Arishok is indier than thou.  Hawke is just way too mainstream.

My duel would have been more like...

Varric: Hawke screamed, 'Maker dammit Anders- heal meeeeee! I don't care if this is a duel. Why don't you love me anymore?! Why are you just watching while he impales me?!' And then she continued to sob while hacking blindly at the Arishok.

Varric:  'It's just a flesh wound, you'll be fine!' Anders yelled encouragingly, as the Arishok attempted to lever his big ass sword from the pillar and Hawke slid further towards the hilt.
'Next time don't let him catch you!' called Aveline as Hawke, screaming in agony, was flung from the freed sword to the floor.

If Hawke's already heard of it, it's too mainstream for the Arishok :P

Argh first time I saw him do that was to Anders.
He was the last one left alive and I was going to revive everyone then.... That happened.

Rage screaming ensued.

I got put off Metal Gear because someone I used to know would not shut up about the slash potential. I like slash, but geez. <_<

It's like a step above potential but a step below canon. In some cases it is canon. It's whatever you want to make of it, really.

I like MGS for the mindscrew most of all but slash away :B

I did that asap after I decided to try the spec out.
And had to stop in front of about 4 other random templars I came across along the way.

Cullen looks so chill with it all.

He looks like, "A show just just for me? You're far too generous, Hawke. Blood spray, oh, pretty."

Anders has had a sword through him before. He was probably all, "Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee"

He had a sword in his flesh, and it didn't even hurt :o

Though I've always wondered why the Vengeance activated talent gives Anders a PENALTY to damage resist.  I mean, sure, balance and all, but in the short story, going Vengeance mode made him practically unkillable.

Just so.  I'm sure the coffee in that comic was fair trade certified, organic, and heirloom variety.  Ooooh, mr. Arishok...  *swoons*

I mean Anders.  Being anti-establishment and homeless makes him a hipster, doesn't it?  I picture modern day Anders in Seattle, publishing online, constantly switching net hosts, and running an unregistered wethouse.  Living on nothing but coffee, and maybe 'shrooms.

edit: Scratch that, Seattle's not hellmouthy at all.  What's a good modern day Kirkwall?

Oh.

You meant a sword, not... well... I'll be over there.

Mm, I have no problem with that (I must profess to liking Remus/Sirius, despite all evidence to the contrary). It was more that this person only ever talked about the game in terms of how slashy it was, never anything else. It got old real quick.
Mindscrew y'say? Now that I can get behind, as evidenced by my presence in this thread. :) I will have to go check out MGS now . . .

This is now my second favorite thing ever, right after the animation with Hawke and Anders dancing that says "Motherf*cking mages, b*tches".
