Well, Isabela and Sebastian get along decently and it's hard to have less reverence than she does.

I never actually had them in my party at the same time, sadly. But I cannot imagine Sebastian reacting well to Anders wolf-whistling at the statue of Andraste in Vigil's Keep and going "She's a looker."

...oh, to be a fly on the wall if Sebastian saw that, actually...

The funniest thing about Ser Pounce-a-lot in Awakening was that in the banters all meowing noises came out of Anders' mouth (and on occasion the mouth of the person he was talking to).

I have spent lots of time giggling at screenshots of Nathaniel meowing at Anders.  Hilarious stuff right there. XD

I wish they enabled screenshots on the PS3, I know it can be done. Army of Two 40th Day did it and I took pics of rediculous things like shooting people's names into walls, exposing glitches like going into the invisable underground and such...yada yada...

I know it's possible on the 360 as well, I used to do it for Gears of War... might be a server thing, idk.

Only a handful of games allow it, IDK why. I can only think of likes 2 games I played where you could take screencaps.

I'm going to have to do a playthrough where Fenris/Anders/Merrill are never in the same party. I just heard the Fenris/Anders "Do you still think all mages are weak?" banter again and it breaks me every time. Anders sounds so unhinged.

Varric's everyone's bro.

You can see how much Justice has affected Anders near endgame where Varric tells one of his customary jokes and Anders brushes it off with a "Not now".

My family are dog people. I like them enough but I want a cat because they seem selfish and love you sometimes. I want a pet that reflects me. The problem with dogs is that you have to play with them often or they give you "puppy eyes", cats on the other hand, glare. I like their attitude really.

Yeah I noticed that. On the whole I found having Varric around was a good barometer as to who was at Anders' wheel at any one time, he seemed to most often bring the Anders part of blondie out more than most.

I also felt Anders dialogue directly after 'Justice' sounded more like something you would hear from the spirit than from him.

You know, I would hate to become the resident 'yaoi fangirl', but I do often find male/male pairings much more interesting than male/female ones. (doesn't have anything to do with me being a girl either, given I'm bisexual)

Maybe it's because it tends to be more subtle to sneak past the anti-guy/guy brigade?

Same here, at least when it comes to pairings. I run on 'if it works, it works; if it doesn't, it doesn't.' Beyond that, I don't really care - like you, I'm in the "love knows no genders" camp. When it comes to relationship storylines I like seeing what makes them work, what makes the characters stay together, etc.

Just finished my first playthrough and ran off with Anders. Oh, Anders (well, Justice really, IMHO), why'd you have to make it so damn hard!

On a side note, Anders is the reason one of my nicknames for my toddler is Ser-Poops-a-lot.

Oh certainly, in reality I would never dream of judging a relationship based on gender. In fiction though, I can't help but roll my eyes sometimes when you get the more typical romantic clichés.

As to the Anders kidnapping, if it isn't on YT soon I'll try and Dazzle it myself.

In fiction though, I can't help but roll my eyes sometimes when you get the more typical romantic clichés.

That has to do more with the cliches than with the gender, though, doesn't it?

Mind you, if I saw that kind of cliche romance working out IRL I would be immensely amused. And happy for said couple, of course, but still amused.
