It's capped at 80%.

But, it's -15% for elites, and another -15% for bosses. And the cap is 80% for each. So, "defense-capped" is actually 110%, which is 80% against all types of enemies.

A bit of an off topic question for the thread's resident artists about software you use... I'm getting back to painting and going the digital way this time around. Quite happy with ArtRage 3, but I got a complementary Photoshop Elements 8 with my tablet and been thinking about upgrading. What's the general quick opinion in the topic, is it worth upgrading to the full version or is Elements enough, for example, the kind of work you do?

I use Photoshop CS4 but only because my husband got it for cheap in grad school. I used to use a copy of PS Elements that came with my tablet. Honestly, for what I do, Elements probably covered all my needs. But I am extremely basic in my coloring/painting. The full version definitely gives you a lot of bells and whistles. Maybe you could download a trial version and test it out?

The LadyxAnders mance raises the unappealing kind of alarm bells for me. Before you even know him he's all slapping you with patronizing warnings as if you didn't get the idea from the whole possessed and templar berserk button part, but in the ManxAnders mance you get eased into the crazy in a kind of awesomely creepy way where all of the sudden he's telling you I WOULD DROWN US IN BLOOD and you're like hehe o_o uh... oh.. this... uh.... THIS IS AWESOME, OW MY GUT.

Its almost... misleading of him, or a little self-serving, which I think compliments his later blackmail shenanigans.

The one I think of is "Everything you ever", from the end.  They both achieve their goals, and are none too happy.   Of course, Anders doesn't kill Hawkette, but mine died a bit on the inside at the end.

In the m!Hawke/Anders play through, it's almost like you can get away with just a few random,  totally not at all commited tumbles.

I think this is why I actually don't mind the ladymance. Sure it's less light hearted at the start but I knew from the get go that Anders was completely crazypants because of him wigging out on LadyHawke. It's not executed perfectly and there are things I would change, but I still like it for what it is.
