Yup.  Back eleventy jilliion pages or so, when we were in the serious philosophical discussion part of the shameboner-jokes-deep-philosophy cycle, ipgd was saying something to that effect.  No, wait, she joked about it after the serious discussion that she participated in.  I would link to it because it was awesome and made me LOL, but can't find it.  Something about how if the mages win the war, any atrocities Anders committed will be glossed over a thousand years from now, and then the Anders Manifesto as new Chantry canon jokes started.
