Okay, I think as much as it pains me to say this, maybe we need to take the Marauders out of the equation because it's making things confusing for me. XD

Then I can say, Harry=Hawke, Anders=Ginny. Plus, then Malcolm could be James that way. And Fenris could still be Snape because Snape transferred his hate from James to Harry, just like Fenris transfers his hate from Danarius to mage Hawke?

Please explain. I'm trying to fit those two radically opposite personalities in my head and I just can't, but yes I really can't see Fenris as Lupin either. I stand by my statement that Fenris is Snape, who is bitter and completely jealous over Hawke+Anders *snerks*

I agree...since Snape is jealous of the Marauders (somewhat, I'm totally stretching the concept to adapt it to my ideas xD), Fenris/Snape is jealous of Anders/Lupin and Hawke/Sirius xD

Sorry to interrupt the conversation, but I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan so I have to make some comment:wub:...

What I don't like about the Snape/Fenris parallel is that Snape was in love with Lily, not Sirius/Lupin.  He hated both of them, despised them really.  Fenris respects Hawke a great deal either via rival or friendship.  Snape does not respect Sirius, not even a little, not even at all.  I should add that I REALLY love Snape, I do, I just don't see it.

I see Hawke more as James Potter/Lily Potter.  Popular, respected and talented.  Hawke is the de facto leader, Hawke is the protaganist.  If there was a book about the Marauders, one of these two would be the main character for sure.

I could see a Fenris/Harry parallel (particularly Book 5 Harry)
-They both brood.
-They both get a bit heated/temperamental.
-They both were abused and have received freedom from their opression.
-Harry is prejudiced against Slytherins; Fenris is prejudiced against mages.
-They both have no family really except for some really deplorable relatives (The Dursleys/Varania)
-They are both hyprocritical.
-Both aren't afraid to break the rules as it suits them.
-Both can be a little cruel when it is against those they don't care for.

Of course, I could just be biased as Harry is my favorite and so is Fenris..*coughs and hides from all of you lovely Anders people*<3

But this discussion is made of awesome because it combines two of my most favorite things!  Dragon Age and Harry Potter!
