You can't have been any worse than my Amell.
She sold out Jowan, let the Templars call the right of Annulment, refused the DR out of selfishnness and sent Alistair (her lover) to his death because she was too frightened to die.

Seeing how Anders turned out, I would not be surprised if she was considered my canon playthrough. 

 (though Lol that my sadface is mostly at sending Alistair to his death, mages getting screwed over? That's nothing compared to a Grey Warden pretty much just doing what's expected of him... )

To be honest, I think I've worked out why Dragon Age is apparently the spiritual successor to the Baldur's Gate series.

I see many parallels between characters...
Minsc: Righteousness and Justice! And Boo!
Anders: Justice! and Ser-Pounce-a-lot!

Fenris - Kivan:
Broody elf with anger management issues

Branwen and Aveline.

Coran and Zevran
Man**** elves FTW

Remember: Xan saw this coming. "We are all doomed!"

Someone needs to make a Minscders and a Ser-Pounce-a-Boo.

Also, I agree than Fenris = Kivan, but at least Fenris eventually gets his head out of his arse.  Kivan...not so much.  He is one sexy sexy elf, but god did I want to dropkick him.  Domi's romance mod didn't help; it's a wonderfully written fan mod, and I loved Kivan when I first played it, but in hindsight, that is one toxic relationship.

Nah, Mahariel did what was expected of a Warden.

Amell was a coward and a weakling. <_<

Halfway through my first DA:O playthrough I looked at a trophy/achievement list and got the impression the Warden died in the end regardless of what you did I had no idea what the Dark Ritual was supposed to be.
