There's a forum thread over on the owner's forum called "Constructive criticism".
I feel tempted to go:
"If you bother with romances, why don't you do more sexy times? I mean once in 7 years is downright disgraceful. It kills my belief in my Hawke being in a relationship when pretty much except for one or two conversations, Hawke might as well be celibate. More sexy times for DA3!!!!"

But it seems rather ridiculous and silly

They're not about to patch the game and add more sexy times and kisses just for us.  Sadly.  Though they should because we are awesome.

I'm just kidding, of course. I'd love to see more 'Anders writing' scenes myself. Particularly since I can't seem to bring myself to do the rivalmance. Or rival friendship. Or rival... anything involving him, really.
I got the impression that he only thought he was working on his manifesto, and what he really had was twenty pages of nothing but "ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY".

I got both scenes, but it was due to a bug.  My last mage character started out with rivalry points with Anders due to being pro-circle.  So, I got the manifesto discussion first.  But, by the time Act III rolled around Anders had fully convinced her how bad the circle was and so she ended up finishing the game with maximum friendship points.  I got the cat scene after I hit around 50 friendship, which was a little odd when he was already living with her in her estate lol.

So you can potentially get to kiss Anders again, but it doesn't really fit the story very well since it is a bug.  I ended up choosing other dialog options to avoid this conflict in my gameplay.
Oh, I tested out the kiss scene option as well... purely for science 

Unfortunately, although Anders will tell you he's up for more sexy times that scene does not trigger again.

I enjoy other people's work with much greed indeed.  Can't add any myself, but I enjoy other people's work.
Can't say I'd turn down more Anders in game though , assuming it doesn't require me to be mean or pro-templar.  I have my limits, man!
