Yeah, haha. Just from what we've seen of his flirting with Velanna, I can totally see Nate being all gentlemanly and charming in that old fashioned way of his and Bethany just falling head over heels for it.

I could see Cullen the most out of those three, his pre tower madness sweet self with her innocnce.  It could see her sparking some of the old him, reminding him that not all mages are monsters.  Some are sweet and need a templar to protect them.

Heh, Carver gets paired up with Nate or Cullen. It must be the mentor/student dynamic. I mean, Nate and Cullen are both experienced, so I understand why.

If it were a situation where Anders stayed with the Wardens and Hawke and friends made it to the Deep Roads without him, I could see them maybe hooking up as Grey Wardens, when Bethany has had time to harden a little. But that would require Anders not merging with Justice and still with the ability to be easily distracted. I could totally see them having a fling that Bethany would want more from, perhaps with Anders leading her on for a while. I'm not sure about anything more serious or permanent.

If it took place in Kirkwall, with him aching for Bethany instead of her older sibling (in a situation where she doesn't die, go to the Circle, or become a Warden at the end of the first Act), they might have something for a while, but I don't know how long she could put up with his crazy. Hawke is very much the one supporting Anders in their relationship, and I don't know if Bethany would be prepared for that. I think she could very much be dragged under by events, while Hawke still manages to keep his/her head above water.
My Hawke would be suspicious of him for going after someone so much younger than him, and if he ever upset Bethany she'd have no hesitation in smacking the **** out of him.

unhardened!Alistair with Bethany would kill me with adorableness. Seriously. Dead.

I could see Nate with Bethany, but I get the feeling Nate might be a little put off by the age gap. How old was he in Awakening?

And I am still totally shipping Carver and Sigrun. Because dwarves need love too, dammit.

I'm in the endgame on a pro-mage playthrough where I keep Anders by my side (yeah, like I'd willingly play anything else), and we're in Lowtown, going down the stairs toward the Docks...

Anders: "This is... worse than I thought it would be."

Poor Anders!

If they weren't fleeing through a burning city to stop an entire Circle of mages from being mercilessly slaughtered, my Hawke would have turned around right then and punched him in the face while screaming, "WHAT THE **** DID YOU ****ING EXPECT, YOU FLAMING LITTLE ****? RAINBOWS AND ****ING UNICORNS? MAKER, I AM GOING TO KILL YOU."

She wouldn't mean it, not really. But she was undeniably pissed off, and Maker knows she doesn't like surprises. Especially not surprises that land her and her friends hip-deep in trouble. She's quite capable of managing that on her own.

He totally forgave him (like a lovesick fool) back at the Gallows,, of course, but he sure didn't want to see Anders' face or have his help until he had a moment to think things over and go all wishy-washy.

I totally would yell at your character for being such a doormat pushover idiot, but I probably wouldn't have even noticed if you blew up a Chantry OVER THE SOUND OF HOW IN LOVE WITH YOU I AM.
