I did only because I forced Anders crisis point.  I don't want to side with the Templars any other way to be honest.

A question for the Chantry - are the Templars any damn use?

Ferelden - overrun by Abominations.
Kirkwall - Enough said.

They are bloody useless.
What is the point!?

I can't do it.

I literally cannot bring myself to side with the templars, even for just seeing what happens.  I'll have to roll a whole new Hawke, because the idea of my canon one siding with the templars (even for the achievement) shatters my poor brain.

Most of them don't.

Alistair isn't a templar.
Cullen is the only templar I've ever met capable of doing his job. <_<

I made random throw away Hawke for the acheveiment and like I said I forced Anders crisis point with console mode so I didn't have to kill him.  Honestly I didn't like the templar side...even your Hawke can't justify siding with then vary well.

If they were just rounding up the mages and securing them, maybe I could stomach it.
But instead they're going to massacre innocent people (some children, I'd expect), all on the whim of a madwoman, spurred on by the actions of one mentally unstable mage.

You mean the same Cullen who doesn't notice mage Hawke right in front of him? And the one who can't manage to arrest Anders even when you pretty much hand the guy right to him?

Nah, pretty sure all the templars, even adorable Cullen, are pretty useless at their jobs.

I take it you mean the whole:
Hawke: "Hey, Anders has placed a bomb in the Chantry!"
Cullen: "I'll look into it."
Hawke: *facepalm*

That was totally Meredith's fault.
And Carver. It's about time Hawke blamed him for a change.

Anyway, I never saw them looking very similar if comparing their actual facial features, but they have the same animations. Or something very close to each other. It's the expressions that make them look "similar". You can probably make DA2 Anders "look like" Alistair if you used his DA2 face in DAA...

I blame the Knight-Commanders. And Carver.

They blame blood mages.

Carver blames Hawke.

Hawke blames Varric.

Varric is to awesome to care.

It's a pre-requisite for the job.

Heh.  If I use the Cullen from my fic, I can totally excuse what he was doing all along.

You see... he was really working for my Surana.  Who told him to leave Anders alone.

Know why?
Because the Divine is actually a mage.
Yep.

The Chantry is simply a run away faction of the Black Divine. tis true.
They want all other mages under their control, and secretly want to take over the world with blood magic and lyrium.
