I call Garrus Garr-bear, too! But it's only in Shepard's head, since she likes to pretend she's too cool for such terms of endearment.

I've found Anders to be oddly nickname resistant (besides Crazypants and Handsome Hobo, I suppose). I'm very much a Varric when it comes to nicknames in real life, but I haven't really came across anything I like for him.

Also my stepson tells me that Garrus is too cool to romance. He says if I romance him the universe will explode.

I got lucky my boyfriend doesn't want to learn.  He complains that we live in Amderica and I shouldn't speak anyting else, but American.  I quick to remind him I a first gen, so in my home both will be spoken.

Well when it comes to Anders, the first word that comes into my mind in Hands, followed by sparklefingers... guess Anders has magic hands, hmm? XD
Or darling, or honey... I called him baby-cakes once...
Were it not for the bipolar-symptoms and the Justice problem, DA2's slightly maturer Anders would be like an ideal husband to me. *sigh* He and Hawke must have at least one kid before they die.
Anders' genetics must be continued. (The smirk is totally genetic material)

Zevran is Zev, or Sweetie.
Or Sexy, or Baby.

I have a habit of calling Alistair, Xander. Heh... The writers liked watching Buffy way too much.

Thane... Thane is too cool for nicknames.

Valen... I dunno I've called him blue-eyes and... er... Wild-Fire (it's the hair and the temper)
And other things when I'm in a more perverted mood relating to his horns and tail... XD

It basically starts with their relationship sort of deteriorating on the sweet side, then utterly destroying Hawke, and ends with Anders helping her get back on her feet.

I called Valen broody or a word I can't reall translate >_> but basically my hearts heart.  He even trumps Anders in order of fangirl love.  Valen was my first game love and holds a special place in my heart...I mean that voice and when calls me "My lady" and when he tells you he loves you *dies*

I have to admit though, no romance as of yet has quite ripped out my heart like Anders'

Valen is WIN.  I remember when David Gaider said Fenris was more of a stoic character like Valen, and I squeed my brains out.  Unfortunately, though Fenris is also win, he does not have the horns or tail 

I think Anders might have beaten Atton Rand, my first videogame love, in the fangirly pecking order.

He stood at the door his heart heavy and his mind was feeding him weighty thoughts.  How could they have let it get so bad and not notice until it was to late?  How could he let it get so bad?

She said she likes those flowers growing around the house.  Justice stated, breaking Anders thoughts.

Your point? Anders thought was flat and had a tinge of bitterness.

Pick her one.  We have...broke something...beautiful we must fix this unjust action.

This is love! There is not unjust Justice, just pain.

Pick her a blasted flower!

Anders relented to the spirit and picked her a single white flower off the wall.

Not that one! That one the one off to the left where it was.  Yours is to wilted looking.

Ander sighed and picked the one Justice wanted.  He walked into Hawkes bedroom hiding the flowers behind his back.  Hawke was on sitting on the side of her bed.  Her head hanging down.  Anders knew she had been crying again.

"I brought you something." He said kneeling down in front of her.  He pulled his flower out from behind his back.

Her eyes lit up like a star-lit night. 

"Anders..." she whispered.

"And this one is from Justice.  He didn't like mine." Anders chuckled.

"He gave me a flower?"

"He may not understand love, but he is picky about it.  I guess I am lucky he doesn't he would make a better lover then me." Anders said averting his eyes from her.  Shame filling him up again.

Hawke up the flowers aside  and took Anders cheeks in her hands, moving his head so she could looking into those Amber eyes.

"He could never be as gentle as you though."

Omg that red hair!!  I have to admit he had me at Tiefling lol.  When I freed him of his taint and told Meph to go back to where he came from, my heart swooned again.  In fact I think my heart never stopped swooning.  Also his romance was stuble(?) it kept up on you.  There was some idle flirtations and it felt like it blossemed and just didn't happen because you knew you started it.  So it felt more sweet and special.
