Well, it's debateable, given that it's unclear whether Fiona was still tainted at the final point.  But I wasn't concerned with the taint--I don't think there's ever been anything set forth by WoG or anyone else that the taint is passed on or not.  The biggest thing we know about it is that it negatively impacts fertility levels.  Of course, if you go with the theory that Fiona's child is NOT Alistair, then we have no idea whether it was tainted or not, never having seen him.  But yeah, I was more concerned with the Fade bit.  And don't you go messing with my fantasy!  Any child of Anders would totally be half-spirit!

Not going to lie, realistically speaking, I know children are a terrible idea for Anders and Hawke.  But at least for my Hawke and Anders, their little girl popped into my head one day, and now I can't get rid of her.  If there's a way in DA3 or DLC to get it so that can be a reality for them, I'll send Thedas down the toilet bowl if I have to.

Though first Hawkespring would have to put up a fight on going to Tevinter shouldn't they? After all they were raised by the Divine.  Maybe they get kidnapped by third Hawkespring? Uh oh. Let's hope First Hawkespring didn't start feeling sympathetic to Third Hawkespring's plight during captivity.

Now every time I see Anders with that staff all I am going to say is "Sneaky ass bastard"

However one kid is fine with me. Like I said a child might calm Justice and Anders in a sense that they want to live and come back to their child. Also Justice seeing some so delicate and innocent, but be what he needs to remember himself again. Who knows. Kids can do wondrous things. Outside of driving you mad when they are crying.
