Well, considering you'd have to be drunk at all times in order to keep up with Sandranders, I think Hawke would be passed out in a gutter somewhere when the Chantry blew up. No one would be there to kill Anders, he'll have to be put out of his culinary clusterf*ck misery by someone else.
