That's because Isabela is Awesome. Not quite as Awesome as Varric, but close. It hurts me that so many people miss the boat on her because they think she's just a one note skank or they don't get her friendship/rivalry high enough to have her come back.

I think MHawke fumbles it in Act 3. There's a romance line that he delivers and it sounds like he'd rather be anywhere but there and talking to anyone but her. Granted, I've not heard it with F!Hawke, so she might suck it, too.

I wonder how many would hate him if he did not make a pass at male PCs. There are some people who cannot overlook his obsession with Jenga, and that's understandable, but from what I've seen, a lot of the hate is from people who aren't comfortable in their own skins. That's pretty sad.

Edit: Oh and about that thread, who cares! I say Anders made DA2 story good and all my Hawke playthroughs didn't let Anders killed just because he is a traitor. He has his reasons [though not a good one due to Justice] oh whatever...I don't like Quentin more [well especially Mother Peatrice damn she is so annoying <_<]

The fact that people hate him more than Quentin is surprising, but oh well. They are entitled to hate him all they want. I'll just stare at him all that much more.
