He wasn't mentioned at all.

Really? How strange. Sounds like a bug.

Yeah, I was disappointed. Not even the "well all except for Anders" which leads me to believe he is dead, or the game is bugged. I'd likely go with the latter.

Oh good I got the top curse <.< Here is all I have to offer:

Oh, Maker, I'm going to start ranting again.

Ok, I promise I won't rant.

But it seems like to me, logically, there is no way that a rivalmanced Anders who sides with the templars is going to survive for very long. Like...weeks, top. Staying in Kirkwall is suicidal and setting out on his own is also suicidal. He's the most wanted man in the world and is emotionally broken on top of that.

(never mind that Hawke is a huge hypocrite for going along with the Right yet not killing the most dangerous mage in Kirkwall in the process)

Basically, if the game has stucks to its guns and purposefully left him out because he's dead, then I'll have to admit that this ending is awesomely dark. Otherwise, it seems like a copout full of holes (I still don't believe that there was NO WAY that Anders couldn't have alerted Hawke to what Vengeance was planning if it truly was all Vengeance's doing).

LOL I see your point I am just saying there might be a glitch they over looked, like the Isabela and your LI ending lol.  I forced the debug and got my achievemnt so I am good, but those who want to playthrough the rival might want such a little glitch to be fixed, who is to say Rivalmance Hawke isn't keeping him alive to atone for what he did, or if Anders is assuming Vengeance is going to win sooner or later and he wants what time left to fix his wrongs.

I say assume because again fantasy world with magic stranger **** has happened,

EA seemingly greed over everything is annoying, and it has gottent to the point I really don't want to spend money on them, like when I realized what they were doing with the Sims 3

But nobody coming to execute him or Hawke for harboring him is a huge, egregious oversight, I think. The only reason it makes sense for him to survive when you side with the mages is because he flees Kirkwall immediately.

I wonder if they realize that the only reason I played Origins as long as I did was because of mods.

TBH, I really think he dies this route. I don't wanna imagine it, but I think it's most likely the way it is. SAD!

Yeah sadly I think you are right. Which is stupid really, because if I'm no longer playing, I'm not gonna run right out and buy new DLC.

What didn't they do to the Sims 3?

Full price for a game with just the barest amount of features? Yes.

A store full of objects available the day of launch? Yes.

Several broken expansion packs that offer a blend of new content and features that should have been in the base game? Yes.

Coded the game  to make it more difficult for modders and creators to make content that would compete with their overpriced store content and item packs? Yes.

Patches that break as much as they fix? Yeeeessss.

This is all ignoring how ridiculously hard it is to install Sims 3 and get it working in the first place. Also, if you are a big enough dupe and buy stuff from their online store, chances are it won't work or it will be flagged as illegal content because the launcher has a nasty habit of freaking out on legal downloads.

outside of making mod a nightmare to do, you can't post them on the home site unless it is a recolor of something in the base game.  Also they are like 'here is all this cool stuff' but it isn't in a pack it's on the site and you need to pay for.

Oh yeah you can't make towns anymore unless you download this hard to use program.  Oh and one more thing! We made a town but you need to pay $20 for it...

*cringes* Ouch. I really hope that doesn't happen with BW games. I will not be happy. <_<

I'll never understand the need for flagging dlc. It's not like pirates have to deal with that crap anyway. :pinched: It's always the people wo actually buy the DLC who get screwed over by that.

I see your point, I just wonder with him killing Orsino and Meredeith, that people view Hawke as a bit un-touchable? And thus Ander?

Ah not trying to argue, just trying to see it from different Angles, personally his rival ending seems thrown together at the last mintue, so he could have a crisis point like everyone else in the base game.

Oh yes this too. There was something I'd always say to Alistair until I got to see the VA notes...it was not good. :( I felt pretty dirty.
