The last one is based on Awakening Anders, so I imagine it's because if Awakening Anders were a woman, she'd be totally fine with her ****** hanging out.

And now I am trying to picture a Borgified Anders, just for ****s and giggles. :P

Not a fan of the gender swapping thing. To each their own though. I just feel like gender is something that is inherently part of a character and to just switch it makes them into a whole different character. It's hard for me to see Anders as Fem!Anders because to me it would be a female character who is exactly like Anders, but NOT Anders. Does that make sense? Almost like a copycat of the real thing.

It's not like it is offensive or anything. I just can't see it. Those people are strangers to me. Conjures up all kinds of parallel universe theories and anything can happen theories. I just can't go there *shrug.*

lol for me the enjoyment is purely aesthetic, i have no desire to read any fic of it for the exact reasons you cited -- and if i'm going to be reading fanfic, i'd rather it be for the characters i already know.  i just really like the artistic idea of translating aspects of a character to recognizably opposite cisgender... stuff? traits? whatever.

though i s'pose the term "genderswap" is a bit silly anyway, binaries and whatnot

This was brought up a long time ago about when the time of day the bomb goes off at because of a bit of dialogue Anders says. I just saved after the fireworks and it said night time in the save.

Hehe I thought as much to for much of the same reasons.  I just wanted to put it out there though that the save says night time ^_^ 

I wanted to major in lit before I got bed ridden, but I was still learning English so all my lit classes were still in German >_>
