Heh. Fenris would definitely be Eeyore, pouting and brooding all day.

(Also, I can totally picture Fenris saying "The hammer is my penis.")

Hmm....what if I offered a sketch in return for my favorite whatever-you-get when you prompt the community? Your choice? Would that be acceptable?
We could do that! We could even do it seperately from the regular prompt. I'll let you know when I get it posted!

Hey guys! I'm out of town but popping in quick to ask a question from my phone~
Do we know how old Anders is at the beginning of the game? I can headcanon an age but I'd rather use his real one if it's ever given.
(BTW I am in Anders-thread withdrawal. But time with family is important.)

I just finished my first playthrough with my!Hawke.
I spared Anders's life. I didn't think I was going to, but I did. I sent him away, but after a few difficult sans-healer battles getting to the Gallows, I decided to let him rejoin the group when he showed up at the Circle. Although I didn't really want to look at him.
I did break up with him then, though.
And yet, he stayed with me in the epilogue. I wonder what would be going through his mind, slogging around after a woman who said, in pretty explicit terms, that she wasn't going to be #2 in his life, wouldn't forgive him, and didn't love him anymore.
He says he couldn't be with you if you weren't going to support his Mage Freedom Weather Underground Revolution thing. I wonder...
The staying with you is a glitch. I think he stays with you sometimes even if he's dead.
Although, if it wasn't...that would make a heartbreaking story. *contemplates*

I generally figure it as late twenties, about 28, but sadly there's no official answer.

I usually set him around the same age. I like the idea that he's pushing 40 at the end of DA2. Seems appropriate.
Wish we could get a bit of grey in his hair when he swaps into the revolutionary garb.

Oooh, that does sound tasty. It would be pretty subtle with his hair pulled back like that and considering how light it is. But add some salt-and-pepper stubble...[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/love.png[/smilie]Toastyblue2 wrote...

I really do think that he's several years older than Hawke, regardless of how old default M!Hawke looks. He's got enough in his backstory/timeline to warrant that estimate.

I think so too. He snorts and calls Hawke a "little girl/boy" if you threaten him, which wouldn't have much of a punch if he was not quite a bit older.

Is it just me or does anyone else picture their Hawke and Anders going back and forth with the "Old mans," and "Little girls/boys."
Aggro!Hawke totally got into it with him over that one. She's been the head of her family, gotten them out of Ferelden and into Kirkwall, and she's not taking that kind of crap from some pissy healer, glowy eyes or no. Plus, he's kind of hot and it gives her an excuse to get right in his face.Sialater wrote...

Considering DA2's timespan, I did wish that the companions showed some signs of aging, if only a little. Though I didn't expect any. Especially on the female LI's since wrinkles on a woman is apparently abominable and many people cried foul at Leliana for sporadically creasing her forehead during conversations.
But one can hope
