God, she pissed me off.  Then again, the one quality my two protagonists for the DA franchise have in common (other than both being mages) is their strength of will.  The mages of the Amell family don't take crap.  So characters like that don't sit well with either of them.

My evil blood mage, Kane Amell, was really annoyed by her. >_< He's the type of person who's proud of being a mage. And he also wanted to slap his friend Jowan for trying to run off with someone from the Chantry.

The sad thing is, Kane would agree with Anders and Justice that the system needs to be changed, and he doesn't care how they do it... as long as they leave him out of it. He'd rather sit on the roof of his cousin's mansion and watch the Chantry fall to pieces from afar. I can just imagine Justice calling him lazy.

ETA Most of it is AU now though. Although Blood Wound isn't. YET.

In regards to where diplomacy failed I would say Anders resorted to "aggressive negotiations" the sort where you blow **** up to prove a point or in simpler terms negotiate with a weapon (lightsaber, blaster...an old tevinter bomb). Yes, the Star Wars comparisons will never end with me! Bwahahahahaha!
