If those were boobs they'd be one of the strangest pairs I've ever seen.

That sounds weird.

That is an unappealing mental image.

Now I'm picturing Justice in the Fade looking like that.  What does my mind do to me.

So how about that Anders.  I was thinking, during the quest in the Fade, should Justice still have looked like Anders, or should he have looked like his Awakening self?  I don't know why, but that sort of bothered me, because if he was in full-blown Justice mode, not quite Janders mode.

Here's a recent pic of Val Kilmer if anyone is interested

And the reason why I specified that Anders reminded me of a *young* Val Kilmer...  ;)

With Anders' lifestyle, I don't imagine him gaining that much weight any time soon...  The taint also seems to speed one's metabolism...  :P

You guys have awful devotion. I'd still love you, chubs Anders :crying:

So I got some muscle relaxants from my doctor for my shoulder injury, and I slept a loooong time this afternoon.

I ended up having a dream where Xanatos was funding an expedition in this fantasy world to discover the lands of Thedas which had been lost when the climate changed and were now buried under eternal snows. We were hiking up the continent and finding these old abandoned Warden outposts, and I was the only person who remembered when the Wardens had actually been active (I had been brought back via time travel or something), so I was sort of surreptitiously guiding people. When we would activate them they'd all of a sudden come back to life, with ghosts of former Wardens haunting the walls, promising to come out and defend if the fortresses were ever attacked. Also, activating the outposts made them open mini malls with food courts.

I kept hoping I'd find Anders, even though I knew in the dream that it had been hundreds of years. So the whole time I had this sense of discovery undercut by a bitter resignation that I wouldn't find what I was really looking for.

In conclusion: the human brain reacts strangely to chemicals!

I once had a fever-dream mixed in with a few to many meds.

Dreamed that Napoleon Bonaparte himself marched into my room.
Then demanded that I get out of bed like a real man.

Almost felt like doing it too.

I almost died laughing, that's great!  I still like the one where I thought I woke to Anders, Mal Raynolds and Lucien LaChance were watching T.V. in my house.  Well Anders was making Waffles funny enough...:wizard:

I have dreams like this all the time, on or off drugs, but this was the most vivid and long in quite some time (right now I'm off the muscle relaxants and onto the vicodin instead, so still not at normal). There was a whole lot more to it but I don't want to become one of THOSE people who notes off all the little nonsensical bits and interstitials. Now watch as I become one of those people who notes off all the little nonsensical bits and interstitials.

I used to have a recurring moment in my dreams where I'd go to a yardsale and discover a cache of toys that were awesome ones that my friends and I had had when we were kids, or a bunch of old gorgeous costume jewelry, or something like that, then I'd wake up and find out that I didn't have them and be sad. Those dreams are probably why, when Ebay started to become a big thing, I started to seriously collect My Little Ponies. It was like my dreams of discovering vintage toys from my childhood at random garage sales had come true. Oh... wait.

I also used to have a series of recurring dreams about an amusement park: the first time, it was brand new and fun, later it was obviously older and decorated for various holidays and celebrations, and finally it was abandoned and possibly haunted. I've never been back since the one where the floor fell in.

I once had a dream that was a complete fantasy story with a beginning, middle and end. I at least remember the central frame of that story because I wrote it down, but I haven't figured out precisely what should be done with it yet. It would require a lot of elaboration to be a novel, but I feel like it's too mature to be a children's story book.

I've had a few Anders dreams, but I can't remember most of them at this point. I should try harder to keep a dream journal, but I am bad at projects. There is this artist I like who manages to make dream journals into something you'd actually want to read, by making them gorgeous art comics.

And to bring this back around to more on topic: the girl who did those dream journal comics also did some bioware fanart, (link includes some non BW fanart with a cartoon boob, so marginally NSFW) including this Hawke and Anders:

Note to self: NO MORE HUGE CUP OF MOUNTAIN DEW SO LATE IN THE DAY. Ugh. I was too tired to work on my Anders fanfic goodness last night but couldn't fall asleep. Now it's horribly early and I'm not gonna get back to dreamland.

@CulturalGeekGirl:
Your narcotic-enhanced ADD goodness has produced much enjoyment this morning, so I can't be too cranky about not being asleep right now. XD

Also, I love seeing Xanatos every day. I need to draw some more Thedas-goyles sometime. I think Xanatos would look good in the champion armor.

Hmmm, who would Anders cosplay I wonder?

The most disappointing dreams I've ever had involved eating a peanut butter sandwich or having a big strawberry lemonade right before waking up and being quite sad that it was not there!

_____________

The BEST night I ever spent dreaming... I spent the whole night with both the Tenth Doctor AND David Tennant. *o* Not at the same time, mind you, and I can't remember which was first. :x ....... It was a very good night indeed. Plus something about him organizing an orchestra performance. o_O

I have dreamed about Anders an inordinate amount since dwelling on this forum. Really. Not that I mind. My obsession over these games has replaced a more unhealthy obsession I had been trying to shake for a long time.

I'm in mountain time right now. I also have an iPhone. I can groggily grab it and refresh the forum while still hiding under the covers. <----- (pathetic)

I wonder what will happen when I get a life again.

My first reaction is that there was room for Justice between a pair of boobs.

Well. That, too.

Also...of course that was your first reaction.

Um. And mine, too. :?

I'd have a great picture of StupidCat who forgot to put his tongue back after washing himself, but I cannot be assed to put it on a picture hosting site. So just imagine an oversized pitch-black kitty with huge eyes and a little pink tongue, looking awesomely stupid.
