Anders would look fabulous in spandex. I think he would need to add some feathers to it, though. And cut some holes in the rear so that everyone in New York City can bask in the glory that is the Justice sparkle-butt.

EDIT: I always get the silliest tops.

Since I find myself currently not in the frame of mind to come up with such a thing, I'd request that you produce some sort of limerick about geeky girls. ;) I have an "I [dragon=heart] Alistair" tshirt, and... Well I have a handful of Spider-Man tshirts also. Geek girls are the interesting ones. ;)

Ooooh...  I love Spider-Man!

Which reminds me that "Ordinary" by Train (From Spider-Man 2) would be a pretty awesome Anders song!

Even though I know that Varranders are true love forever, sometimes Varric lets my Hawke pretend she has a chance.

So adorable! <3

But to the point, who says Varranders excludes Hawke? Bianca is proof that there's enough love to go around.

You just gave me a first class case of the vapors.

But...I think it's fairly improbable that Hawvariancanders can exist without Isabela trying to get in on that action.

Hawvariancandersela? :wizard:

Varranderhawkianca? That's a mouthful. This ship is going to curl a few tongues

If Isabela joins, Zevran and Jethann must join too. Varranderhawkiancabelethannevran.

Now say that out loud.

Oh, my idea of a HOT egg sandwich would not be good for you. I fear this may cause a divergence in our common tastes. I like egg salad sandwiches, but my favorite is a fried egg sandwich, with the egg being cooked over-medium. I like an egg that will burst in joy for being devoured by me and ooze yellowy goodness all over my fingers. :o

However, I feel that it is possible for us to get beyond this obstacle, especially since I love Spider-Man more than any old egg sandwich. I saw the first one in the theater 6 times. XD And even though I think the writing for the 3rd movie was bad, and they didn't show Venom NEARLY ENOUGH, I still love it simply on principle because it is Spider-Man.

Mmm, Spider-Man with egg dripping---er...

ANDERS has a lot of angst just like Peter Parker does. :D Let's try to keep this on topic and think of the ways in which Anders and Spider-Man are similar.

Um. Angst. Um....

I did, and was on the receiving end of some baffled stares from my boyfriend and our dog.

Also, Belethannevran excites me almost more than Varranderhawkianca.

I don't know if I'd be able to handle this thread if it had a new page every few minutes. @_@ I have a hard enough time sometimes keeping up when I'm checking it all the time on the phone. And then the quiet times are difficult to get used to as well, but I do take the opportunity to... try... and do something, ah, possibly more productive.  <_< ... >_> ....

I wear mine under my gi at Aikido class.  You nevr know when you're going to have a wardrobe malfunction when being tossed around the mat.;)

It's good to be prepared, then. And so stylishly, as well!

The Anders Thread: baffling boyfriends and dogs since forever.

And Belethannevran totally happens. I bet copious amounts of whipped cream, leashes and candy nipple tassels were involved.

@Elle Good night! That pic is both hot and sweet at the same time. *o*

For my part, it is time to go, and attack the yellow mustard weed in my mother's back pasture WITH A FLAMETHROWER (and I am not kidding).

Goodbye fellow Anderstians.

Man! Take one day off to try to get some writing done and this is what I miss? Pretty much the crackiest day on the thread since OldSpice!Anders. Seriously, guys, next time someone better light the Hi-C signal. It's like the bat signal, but it's Anders'--

Actually, for the sake of people's sanity, we should probably stick with the bat signal. I promise I'll come.

(That's what she said.)

However, I fear I lack the necessarily technical skills in sophisticated courtmanship in order to fully satisfy your needs for reciprocity.  :crying:  English, after all, is but a second language to me.  My first language, is the language of love (I'll let you guess which one ;)).

English is not my first language either. My first language would be the language of poetry unfortunately I am not well versed enough for that.

And oh vous etes Francaise? Ou Quebecoise? :D
Je parle Francais aussi, c'est ma deusieme langue en fait.

Thus, I can only hope to speak from the heart, and pray that my meager endeavours shall allow you to know that I would be receptive to further personal connection.

While I have noticed that your opinions on certain matters are not always as compatible as mine would be with CulturalGeekGirl; or that you may not lust over Val Kilmer as much as beckaliz and I might be naturally inclined to...

You demonstrate a strong will and ability to respect the differences between yourself and others, and you do not seem to be the least bit threatened by said differences.  Myself, being a pretty assertive individual that often feels stimulated by respectful opposition, allowing for a broader scope of vision, and personal growth; estimates that such an attitude would make our personal divergences still compatible.

Therefore, should I also appeal to your own expectations of a mutually beneficial relationship...  And should my other partners feel comfortable allowing it...  I believe that such a relationship could be established through common consent, without diminishing the worth of any of my previous engagements.

Awwww I am flattered

Oh...ahem...I mean...your proposition is highly attractive and while indeed we have differences, it is my opinion which I base on personal experience and studies in social science, that scholarship and anything intellectual that is of worth is the result of respectful disagreements. While I am confident in my abilities related to politics, economics, history and philosophy, I am welll aware of my limitations in other fields and areas which I believe our relationship would be able to overcome, as we mutually benefit from our knowledge and expertise and compensate our limitations and weaknesses.

Very much like a power ranger mega zord, I believe our a multilateral contractual alliance would be able to produce a very powerful social institution.

Um. Angst. Um....

Well, I would be willing to try it as long as Anders is there to save me in case of anaphylactic shock...  ;)

We could also find ways to consume our sandwiches side by side instead of eating from the same sandwich...

Or we could cook each other's sandwich and then offer it to each other.

I am sure we can manage to make this work darling!

I think I saw the first Spider-Man 5 times in the movie theaters...  The second one 7 times...  And the third one 2 times...

I was also disappointed when I heard that they planned on rebooting the series instead of continuing with the next sequel.

As for Peter Parker (movie version)...  Hmmm...  Let's see...

He spends years pinning for MJ; and when she tries to get into a relationship with him, he initially pushes her away because he is scared that being with him would get her hurt.

He's got...  Uh...  Great powers thus great responsibilities?  Lol!

Oh, it's on like Donkey Kong now...

*cough* That Anders is a swell fellow. Totally one of the main characters in my sequel to A Distant Ray of Light. Look at me being all on-topic and shamelessly self-promoting.
