Sure, that makes sense. To be honest, as much as I say I'd be okay with it, it might be hard to read fanworks about my "baby."

Oh, you know, I honestly don't have much issue with fanfiction about historical real figures? Not that I've ever really read it. I think it squicks me out when it's like, about two current celebrities who are still living and could read and be like "I uh...wait, what?" That's just my arbitrary "ok-ness" distinctions for myself, heh - I don't judge if people like/write those things. Just not for me?

I hesitate to post this, but one of my neighbors is dating someone that looks a lot like Anders. He's tall, blonde, lanky with the long thin face and the Anders nose. If i see him by the pool this weekend, I'll snap a pic.

Hey! Who's insinuating that Varranders doesn't make sense? It's totally canon. I would absolutely never post a single thing in this thread for crack purposes.

Hehe, I doubt very seriously Mage Margaret can carry Anders around for any length of time.

Why do you think he purrs? Close to Hawke AND saves wear and tear on the boots.

Thank you so much for posting that article!  It made a lot of great points about derivations being well-respected though few people would, for instance, call Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead fan fiction, and a long-standing method for people to celebrate and explore the works that they love.

And that's why I've learned to love fandom in general and Kaidanites and Anderstians in particular: they give me an excuse to obsess over things like whether a cat-loving mage would have had his sanity saved by the occasional presence of a kitten or if an actual pet cat would be required.

Ugh, I keep hearing about the new DLC that's coming out and it's totally not fair because I only have one internet plug thingy (I suck at technology okay) and I need it for my computer so I can't plug my PS3 into it and it sucks. The trailer looks so awesome.
