Because I completely agree that Anders would never be upset about receiving a kitten as a gift. Justice on the other hand... wait.. wasn't there a comic about this?

Anders has, completely and utterly blown me away in DA2. I can't believe I haven't posted in this thread before! However, on my current playthrough, he has moved in with me, yet I can't find him in the house? And Bodahn has mentioned about 'Master Anders.' So I wonder where he resides within the Hawke mansion...
I think he hides under Hawke's bed. Then pounces when she goes to sleep.

He doesn't actually appear in your house until Act III. I just always assume he's at the clinic or maybe The Hanged Man during Act II.

Though Anders "moves in" in Act 2, you never see him in the estate until Act 3. However, the idea of him pouncing out from under the bed is much more delicious. Would that make him the new Ser Pounce-A-Lot? It's probably pretty crowded under there, too, what with Varric and Isabela also hiding under the bed. Varric so he can get all the details for his retelling of Hawke's story and Isabela for the juicy friend fiction inspiration.

Hi everyone! Just listening to my songs and Bruce Springsteen's "Human Touch" Is playing. Made me think of Anders and how lonely he sounds. Teleport me to Kirkwall !!!

I do love dat Anders. I've been fangirling on him lately and I think I can do it. I can finish that Anders romance.. maybe... yes. Yes I can.

I loved that lean look on that pic. I imagine him just like that build too. Lithe but not skinny, and while he's lost weight I don't see him as sickly either.

@Arquen: I did. And I felt bad for about three seconds before giggling over it again.

It seems like they beefed up the male elf model for Anders, even though his default posture and animations are the same as a male Hawke's, because he's obviously a lot slimmer than any of the human male NPCs (even other mages).

Come to think of it, I think Carver and Bethany have unique models, too, at least in their default outfits, and Fenris's model isn't unique, but his animations are. I don't know about Sebastian, because I never have him in my party except for his quests, and Varric is obviously unique. It makes the characters feel more differentiated from the random townies and NPCs.

The only thing I really disliked about how Anders looks in game is his neck. Is it a bit to thick, or is it just me. It's clear his arms are thinner than MHawkes, which I always thought mages should be of smaller build. I love the pic. Looks just right!
