I don't want to see Sebastian half-naked, so I could care less about that.  Probably because every time I try to imagine that I see him shirtless with a kilt on, and that gives me unholy nightmares. 

We'll probably see Fenris shirtless first because he has the same model as all the male elves in the game, and all they'd have to do is put a unique set of animations and skin textures on it.  

It's all because they had to go and make Anders special with his own unique model that it's never going to happen.  Someone probably had to threaten to quit if they didn't get to make a unique model for Anders, unless it served some other purpose beyond his appearance, like they'll reuse it for him in DA3 if he makes a cameo or something.

I was the one who recommended "Caring is Creepy."  It's my best friend's labour of love.  He's also doing two other fills there, one of which is kind of dark and starring Anders ("Fine Again") and the other is some sort of AU ("The Best Mirror is an Old Friend") he won't tell me anything about.  He's getting a kick out of using his psych and writing degrees to write on the k!meme, and I'm sure he'd love if I passed along the links.  Ask and ye shall recieve.
