Because we've not had a hot Anders pic for a while....

*drool*

Unfortunately I found it on Pinterest and the link just goes to a Pinterest cache file so I don't know the artist. If anyone knows, please let me know. :)

Very erotic indeed. I love how the picture is breathtakingly suggestive without being "too straightforward".

That pic is definitely something...*gets distracted*

Although I must say the artist depicted him as being a tad more muscular than I'd imagine. Then again, I'm pretty sure his build changed between Awakening and DA2. He seemed rather tall and skinny in Awakening. Probably because of his face, because I know he had a generic human male body, just like every other human male. Whereas in DA2, he seems shorter and more robust. Which doesn't quite make sense to me, since he's living as a semi-hobo in the slums. I'd imagine him to be skinnier. But maybe that's just me.

He's skinnier than mage!Hawke. Look at those arms! My headcanon has him being tall and slim. Others like him to be stockier. When he's shirtless, I don't complain.

I admit I did think that when I first saw it but assumed it was due to his stretching....mmmmm stretching.....

But, ahem, ultimately he's a Grey Warden so who knows how it would affect his physique. They're always saying it makes their metabolism go through the roof so maybe that changed it?

^ Is that done for the AU fanfic where Hawke is a cop and Anders is a doctor? Set in modern day NY? I normally don't read AU fanfic thats so outwith the DA universe but really quite liked that one.

Soon as I get home I'll post it if no one has by then. Don't really want any evidence of being on FF.net on my work computer. God only knows what they already think of me lol...

Is it 'Strung Out' by Miri1984?

Good point. I wonder what my work internet history log looks like. Although to be honest, the only reason I go onto FF.net during the day is to check my stats, answer the odd personal message, and see if any of my stories are being targeted by Critics United. I'm trying to keep it cleaner these days, but I'm a little worried that the next chapter may push the window. It isn't graphic, but the way the rules are worded with regards to allowed M content, they could mean anything.

Even if it isn't, it's good to have links to "Anders Thread Favorites".

I remember Miri1984. I think there's some history there from my NWN2 days, but I no longer remember whether it was good or bad.

I'm afraid I haven't actually read this one: I just noticed it recently while I was looking for something else and the description above seemed to fit...
I'll have to check it out once I've finished Chapter 31of K.S.:)

It's not Strung Out...for the life of me I cannot find it and it's driving me mad! I've been through the Anders/MHawke list twice now. Was sure it said something about it being a modern AU in the description. It wasn't even anything standoutish...it was about them ordering a pizza and Hawke telling Anders it was full of rubbish etc but it was really well written.

Really must find it now...

Thanks for posting that link, ladyofpayne!

Because I'm dyslexic and reading is painfully slow, I rarely read much fanfiction. When I do read it, though, it's usually something quite different that the stuff I write myself (either different pairings or AU) because I don't want to accidentally "borrow" something (you know, read something good, remember it, but forget that it was never my idea in the first place).

From the little I've read of Panacea, it's definitely worth a look!

Yes Panacea is very dramatic story.
