The story mentions more than just blood "getting into his mouth," IIRC. Limbs being rent and half-eaten, that sorta thing.

Also: Blood of my Enemy. Unless Vengeance is using bloodmagic to sup from their life-forces, sounds to me like he's doing some discreet nomming of his enemies much like Devour. YMMV, of course.

I still don't think he really ate anyone.  I think it was mostly to illustrate that he didn't battle them like a normal person, with sword and magic and whatever.  He literally tore them apart in a brutal and animalistic way, with hands and teeth and whatever.  I don't know if that makes it better necessarily, but it's not like he pulled a Hannibal Lecter.

Fanfiction.net is incredibly glitchy right now though, particularly the large fandoms like Dragon Age.... you can't even create a new story or edit your current story's properties.... 

Oh and also my 2 cents on Anders since I'm posting in this thread... I don't like him for killing the person who would normally be the one to decide the right of annulment and giving crazy Meredith the power to do so.  I also miss my bro Justice

Yeah, that's the impression I get, as well. I feel like both he and Justice lose all semblance of control here - so he fights all-out Vengeance abomination style, which isn't pretty.

Anders did ask the awkward question of "so, you could become a demon, right?" Justice didn't respond well to that, but I remember Anders being very curious about him.
