I loved Velanna. Seriously, her snarkiness was GREAT. Anders/Velanna party banter made the game.

Velanna grew on me. At first I though, "Great. Morrigan 2.0 but with 25% more snark", but I ended up kind of liking her. Wonder what happened to her... in the epilogues it said there was a cave-in but when it was cleared away there was no body.

Oh and:
"Did I ever tell you I find tattoos on women incredibly attractive?"
"Did I ever tell you I find human men morally and physically repugnant?"
"....Good to know!"

You know... I forgot about that quote. Good thing my canon Lady Hawke has a tattoo.

The Nathaniel quest is bugged. There is a DA2 import fix (I think that's what it's called) that fixes it. For PC.
It also fixes the check for who you successfully romanced if you imported a Witch Hunt or Awakening save.

How does the Witch Hunt save affect on the game?

My Nate quest never triggered. No fixes for Xbox, lovely.

Nate triggered my quest.

I triggered Nate's quest on xbox with a Witch Hunt save. Anders and Nate in the Mother killing squad, both survived ofc, both stayed with the Warden (100% love), Amaranthine saved, Keep resisted, Architect spared.

But, for some reasons it bugged on my PC playthrough, with the same conditions. I had Fools Gold triggered, no idea why. I had to use console...bnut the considtions were the same, and it showed in the dialogues. >.>

Bah, I started a playthrough to rivalmance Anders, but it is so damn difficult. Everything good I do around, he gives friendly points. I planned to bring him only on quests were I wanted to give mages to the Circle, but I am taking random friendly points now and then >.> I guess I'll just go for the friendly route for now...though I suspect I will still snap at him whenever we talk about Justice :D

What kind of things do you randomly get friendly points for? On my rivalmance run I only messed up once when I told Thrask that I did not want the mages I was planning on bringing back to the Circle for him to get slaughtered by the templars. Still, it was only +5 and I got rivalry points for sending the voluntary Alain out with Trask and for telling Grace I wouldn't help her escape.

So...Witch Hunt affects on nothing, but helps to trigger the quest? How...logical :P

My Witch Hunt was so bugged I didn't want to import the save. Morrigan was all mad I didn't give her a baby, except that I did <_< Sure sure, yell at me, that's what I'm here for.

Justice thought Anders spent too long preening in the morning and made him cut his hair and ditch the earring.

I like Justice As Practical but Boring Quasi-Parental Figure. There are many lulz to be had in this dynamic.

Also did you guys notice the little triangle of fabric under his jacket looks like... a napkin? Tucked into his collar? I can't unsee. For the cannibal on the go *dies*

This is what I wanted to actually happen! None of this "Justice twisted into Vengeance" crap. Just straight up Odd Couple...In My Head! shenanigans.

Justice: You are staring again.
Anders: Staring doesn't hurt anyone.
Justice: The thoughts you have while you stare hurt me.
Anders: I can be more creative!
Justice: No. The things you want to do already are...enough.
Anders: Then shut up.

Justice: Where are we going? You have patients.
Anders: They're fine, they don't need me around all the time. Especially at night.
Justice: Are we going to help a mage?
Anders: In a matter of speaking.
[Anders enters the Blooming Rose]
Justice: I sense no mages here, Anders.
Anders: I'm a mage that's here.
Justice: And what help do you think to find for yourself?
Anders: The kind that makes you quieter and everyone else more attractive.
Anders: Also, sex. Since you keep saying awkward things around Hawke, this will just have to do.
Justice: Awkward?
Anders: "I would drown us both in blood"?
Justice: It is romantic.
Anders: In crazytown, maybe.

That was hilarious, but this was by far my favorite part. Also, it explains why the first time I went to the Rose, Anders asked why we went there so often. Sure Anders, we go there all the time, if by 'we' you mean you and your live in boyfriend, Justice.

I never got that one.  I always get that he does not want to be propositioned again.  Which I understand he would have been a popular guest with that electricity thing. ahhh sparkle fingers

That made me ...making me think of Isabella and Anders...and obviously from banter they both knew each other from the Pearl in Denerim.

Lol, wasn't his comment more about how he treats people there all the time? Crazy STDs everywhere. Groce.

Yeah, I usually get the propositioning one. However, on my replay, the first time I went he complained about us going there all the time. I remember being both sad that he didn't make the funnier comment and confused about what he was talking about.

He does also make a comment about having a lot of patients that frequent the Rose. Poor Anders seems to mostly treat STD's in his clinic.

Hilarious as always, Surely. Posted Image

In other news, I finally managed to find a time ff.net was working for five seconds in order to publish my take  on Fayle Fahlgai's evil plot to ruin Anders' life...and then being forced to apologize.

Are you talking about the banter between Isabella and Anders? I barely caught it as I was running into battle (which cracks me up they continue to talk if a conversation is triggered and enemies pop out) and I know I heard her say something about him looking familiar and something about a lightening trick...LOL. Was it about him treating them? I assumed it wasn't..lol.

Soooooo. I finally did it. I made a side character for Anders, and just reached the point where he asks to move in with you.
Good golly, Miss Molly, that was some kiss. :U
Ladies and gents, I surrender. You were right. I was a fool to resist. Such a fool.

I always thought that line sounded a hell of a lot more like Justice than Anders.
