Definitely. Toward the end of Act III I kept looking for an "Anders, stop." dialogue option. It was interesting to see him arguing with other party members and NPCs more often, but still... Yeesh, Anders! I can't take you anywhere.

Okay so I'm continuing my For science! Rivalry without romance Anders playthrough.

I got to the Justice Quest and helped him out, Justice told me to GTFO again but instead of sounding lost and afraid Anders said there had to be something he could do before walking off.

Hopefully this is the right track.

She seemed to get it pretty well as a rival. Her dialogues are so buggy and screwed up right now it can be hard to tell, though.

They sort of do. If you bring Fenris and Anders, after Anders does his 'world is poorer' line, Fenris says something about that being the only thing he agrees with Anders on.

I bring them both together everywhere. Endless lulz. I love the just... utter, pure hate some of these characters have. It don't think there was anything quite like that in Origins. Except maybe Loghain's hate of Orlesians. And Morrigan and Alistair, I guess.
