Speaking of which. Wearing robes has to scream "Hey! I'm a mage!"
When mage Hawke tires to put on armor does it just fall off or something?
My Hawke hates pants.
I refuse to play a pants-supporter.
Man dresses 4 ever.
Well. you don't have to wear man dresses to not wear pants. I know I kept having a miserable nightmare that I'd show up to the final boss battle having forgotten my pants. Then I woke up and realized it wasn't a nightmare at all.the goods.the bads.
There you go. I fixed it for you.

Riiiiiight. How could I forget them?
Wait. His breasts? There's something a little off on that statement...

I mean, I friendmanced him. I believed in freeing the mages and all that, but in no way shape or form did I think him letting Justice in was a good idea. Yet apparently, if you friendmance him the game just assumes your cool with it.
Anytime the topic of justice came up, I would say how I didn't like it, whether through sarcastic options or whatever, but I was all for helping to rescue mages, lie to templars, even fight on the mages side.
I dunno, it might just be me. But I wish the big questioning beliefs moments weren't entirely based on friend or rival.
I agree with that: it's a little frustrating that we can't debate the two issues separately. I'm totally pro-mage, but consider inviting in Justice and accepting the situation with Vengeance is just as bad as approving of Merrill's blood magic.

My Hawke carries her nads on her chest.
Or as I like to call them, breasticles.

I feel the same, really. I support mages, I understand his cause. Still, even in a friendly romance, I would like to be able to tell him that I'm worried for Vengeance, that he whould be more aware and try to fight his influence. I honestly think this is a way of helping him too, it's not that I want to oppose him, all the contrary. It is the only reason I'm trying a rivalmance. I think if you don't ever question his situation with Vengeance, he just loses himself more easily (heck, in Act3 he is more brooding than Fenris, Varric is right). It's like Merrill in a way, if you don't ever question her blood magic, she doesn't even realize that the demon is really influencing her actions and she doesn't even notice.
I just would like to be worried for him, withouth him thinking that I don't support his cause...we don't need Vengeance for that... >.>

I think that was from one of those Reverand dudes. They take forever to keel over and die and make some weird breating noises.
Also heard the heavy breathing noise in Sundermount, but I'd rather not know what it was
Sundermount had Reverand dudes up the wazoo. The first playthrough they took me SO by surprise, they almost killed my party LOL. Second time I was less stupid and went venturing while Merrill was still accompanying me. Act 1 I did not feel very powerful at all.

Someone has to wear the robes in the the relationship.
If Anders' insists on wearing clothes that are insufferably difficult to remove Hawke has to wear some "easy access" apparel to make up for time.

EDIT: Also, dear sweet jeezus, the "All That Remains" quest gives me nightmares. Actual nightmares. I am not even kidding.
Hawke, you are way more stoic than I would ever be in that situation. I imagine that in my case, there would be a whole lot more screaming, vomiting, and attempting to claw my way onto Anders' shoulders. ;3;
Oh I cried so hard at that D: Especially when Ander's was all 'I'm sorry I can't do anything to help her'. And my Rain getting blamed for it by Gamlen later on and being told that that she should have been born 'normal' and not a mage? Not helping!
Poor Rain was just about ready to consider being made Tranquil, just to make the magic and emotions go away ;A;
EDIT: Relavant picture for new page

Last playthrough I used Gascard to get there, and was repaid gloriously when, as Gascard was ranting about how he'd become the psycho's apprentice, Varric shot him in the throat with a crossbow bolt. With no input from Hawke, even!

Hahaha. The one where they swap Isabela for Fenris made me laugh.

I understand that the whole purpose of Vengeance being there is to achieve their goal of breaking the Circles, but I want to be able to convince Anders that we can do that on our own, that humans can fight together against the Templars and that he doesn't need Vengeance.
I'm frustrated by that, too, but perhaps the problem is that Anders won't hear the two seperately. I know on Friendmance doing the Justice quest and not showing a lot of enthusiasm for his methods gets him really peeved at you. It might be that he can't tell the difference between the what he's doing and the how he's doing it if you don't attack him on both.
Or maybe they're making it so we can HAVE NO COMPROMISE.

I like Anders with a rogue/warrior, too. I like that idea that Hawke chops up any threats to Anders with a pointy weapon. (That's why I love that beautiful wallpaper that was posted way back.)
I also like saving my mages for Fenris- they fill him with RAGE!
You hit it on the nose, that's why I can't put him with another mage.
