She spoke as if it still existed in game so either it's a bug or she wasn't informed of the last minute decision.

No it seems it is actually bugged or removed. The guy in the thread, "Anders crisis" where Jennifer Helper said it was in the game, who actually got it to work admitted it was a glitch with area changing not the actual dialog. So nobody has got it to work with any combination of dialog. 
It is still uncertain, however, if it's a bug or if the dev team removed it at the last minute without Jennifer's knowledge because it didn't fit with the game.

If it is a bug, it'll probably be fixed in the upcoming patch. Possibly. Or not.

I did not pursue Anders, was in fact shamelessly throwing myself at Fenris, but he didn't take me up on that, lol.  I occasionally chose the *heart* option with Anders when it seemed the thing to say, and couldn't bear to snap at him "not to think of me that way" so said no, he wasn't making me uncomfortable.  But then... after saying he couldn't hold himself back forever, I chose the teasing comment and then that kiss...

I 've been leeching off computer players for about...oh...3 years now.

I switched from 360 to Mac for DA2 and boy was it worth it despite losing my canon saves. I love my consoles to death but... screenshots. And putting Fenris in silly outfits he'd never wear.
