Though I should not complain, it's better than most rogue armour which is unbelievably ugly *mutters angrily at being a ROGUE and being so unsexy*

It looks like a Catholic School Girl's uniform.

I knew Anders was kinky, but day-um!

Yeah, I didn't dig most of my rogue's looks. Even the Champion rogue armor doesn't appeal to me that much. :( I want some awesome, Kasumi-looking thing!

None of the Champion sets appeal to me to be honest. Also, the best mage robes in the game are Chantry robes. Yes, I'm serious, they look like Chantry robes. Imagine what Anders would say if Mage Hawke came strolling around in those lmao

The boots are AMAZING and I would like them with every outfit. The top part is not that flattering, and the skirt clips a lot.

Also, never wear it to talk to Fenris, because I'm pretty certain there is nothing really under that skirt? and Hawke will flash him. Unless that's your thing, which works.

I have a mod that takes attribute requirements from all armor and the only non-warrior peice my Hawke wears is the Elven Leather armor, which is a green recolor of Ferelden Field armor that warriors start out in. The rogue armor is uniformly terrible and most of the mages robes are oddly textured or have pointless skin windows. I do covet the mage Champion armor, if only because my warrior would really like to show off her arms once in a while. They are awesome!

I really do like the Champion armor for warriors, mostly for the gloves and those badass boots. Oh! And the leather and mail skirt thingy. The chest piece is a little...excessive.

I didn't like Hawkette's house robe either. It didn't seem right for my tough warrior girl. Plus the coloring of it always looked bad on my canonHawke. I wish I could at least change the color. Granted, I'm sure Anders appreciated the change. His chastity coat has nothing on her full set of armor.

The male's house robe makes him look like Hugh Hefner I'm sure everyone noticed that though.

I wanted him to have a bubble pipe so bad.

The mage champion armour was horrid. I used the free magus armour for most of act3 since it looked much more sensible for running around town. She switched to the champion armour in the gallows since it kind of worked for the last stand vibe going on.

It is fearsome, isn't it? The Warrior armor is spiky everywhere, but strangely formal. I have a screenshot of my Hawke bowing to Elthina (seriously, WTF?) with Sebastian on one side and pre-Justice Anders on the other, and she and Seb look like they're warrior dignitaries escorting their pet handsome hobo to the Chantry for his weekly socialization.

This. Anders gets a kick out of the Isabela, Hawke, Zevran threesome. You just know he's been there many many times. :D

Everyone was kissing everyone at the Ferelden Circle ;)

When he said that, I could practically hear my Mage!Warden shrieking, "They WERE? And I MISSED IT?!"

Even though I know running off with Anders was a horrible idea, they would have looked awesome together in battle with their black outfits.

@Ash: Yeah I know, I was thinking about Jowan when he said that.  WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE PLATONIC?!  That Chantry girl was a cow!!

I thought the male mage champion armor was awesome.

Anyway this song reminds a lot of Anders: (warning there's a bit of swearing in there)

The lyrics are incredibly poignant.

His boots are so fancy, I can't get over them. I think his Awakening codex said something about him being a little particular about his appearance?

The prettiest hobo mmkay.

Haha. I don't know if I'd have liked him as much without dat voice. He sounds more raspy/gritty in DA2 than [obscene analogy omitted] which is how I'd describe it in Awakening, but any Nate is good Nate :) I'm glad we got to see him in any capacity, more than anything I was excited to see 'hot rodded' cameos.

A makeover did wonders for Merrill, Anders, Cullen and Nathaniel anyway.

I wasn't the only one?! Phew!

Is it the same voice actor? I loved Nathaniel's voice in Awakening, and I was just as disappointed at the raspiness as you seem to have beem.

Yeah that voice of his is orgasmic, even if it was a little rougher in DA2.  And I loved his hair swish when he turned around, I was like OOOH MISTER HOWE OOOH.  I also about died at his GREY WARDEN SENSES TINGLING scene.  I'm betting we never see much of him again unless the third game deals with the Grey Wardens again.   I will always love him so.

I flipped my lid when I got the letter from Alistair. I admit it.
Yeah, those four got quite the sweet deal indeed.  I was, I confess, waiting practically the entire game to see Nathan. Because people told me he'd be there and I was like BUT WHERE IS HE LET ME CHECK UNDER THIS ROCK. :3
....Poor Zevran, on the other hand, got smacked upside the head with the ugly stick.

Alistair kinda looked funny to me, Zevran was... okaynotsogreat.  Alistair more than made up for it with his dialogue. Nathaniel's complexion finally evened out so I'm glad he was finally using some moisturizer.

Ask me "Does this please you?" more D:

Speaking of voices, I could stand to hear more of Stroud's. I guess it's Riordan's too? Yes it is. More of him. Hopefully those two aren't important enough in the long run to eliminate that VA's chances of ever playing a major character. One that might have a sidequest of a romantic nature. If you know what I mean. Hint hint.

Re: Zevran, I don't think he looks too bad at all. They did their best to carry over the most Zevranny parts of him. He's rather studly compared to the other elves we see IMO.

According to imdb, it is the same guy voicing Nathaniel, though I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't just looked it up. Like you say, his voice was far too raspy and not in a sexy way like I remembered. I was so excited about getting to see him, too. My Warden definitely had a soft spot for the guy. <sigh>

I'd like to hear more of Stoud/Riordan as long as he isn't voicing a character that looks so ... greasy... again.  Or someone that has a 70s pornstache.

WHY THE MUSTACHE. I DON'T EVEN.

They're creepy IMO. But yeah, less greasy and more surly French dude. Warrior with like a serious business caesar haircut. Ooh. I have a whole image of this guy already.

Yeah I hope that if we get a french romanceable dude in DA3 I hope he has that bedroom french voice and isn't total cheese.  Or maybe even someone like Jean Reno.

Also I support this image you have in your brain whatever it might be.  Original characters are fine too.
