Hawke didn't get an Anders Interrupt but he didn't get to sleep with Zevran either. I guess it just didn't fire? What's the line?

DA3 in Antiva would be awesome. I'd love to have a PC that starts out as a Crow, or nobility on the run from assassins.

Ooh, there's a question: what if DA3 took place thirty years down the track, and instead of having people like Leliana and Merrill showing up as cameos, it was more of a Dragon Age: The Next Generation game? I know it's unlikely due to the current unresolved plot lines, but aside from the OGB, you could see Oghren's kid and Nate's sister's kid and... I don't know who else.

I'm crossing my fingers for Nevarra. I like to think that since Cassandra is from Nevarra (and BW talked about possibly making her a main character in DA3) that there is hope it will be there and not in Orlais. I'm also pondering over the idea about when King Alistair appears and mentions how Orlais wants to take back their "lost province"; it seems they are talking about Fereldan, but Fereldan was never really a part of Orlais. But NEVARRA, on the other hand, has been in constant struggle with Orlais time and time again. So yea... crossing fingers ^___^

In voice actor news, did anyone notice on Adam Howden's Twitter when discussing DA2 how he said he doesn't think we've seen the last of Anders? No idea if he's just guessing or not, but I thought it was interesting.

I so hope this isn't just him speculating. Honestly, if they have any time skip DLC, it would seem weird to me if Anders wasn't at least in that.

I can see him not being in the Seb DLC, just to account for the number of people who wouldn't have let him live. Mentioned, maybe, but not appearing (unless they do a short cameo thing). I wonder if they'll go with a pre-DA2 Leliana's Song type thing where you find out how he got to Kirkwall. I'd be interested in that.

I don't think I'll import an Exiled Alistair playthough, just because I prefer the idea of his downslide including more compromising of his morals. And anguish. (I love you, Alistair!)

@thenyxie It's possible he could be referring to DLC. I assume that there will be *some* that takes place in the time gaps. But, if he's actually in an expansion or sequel, I will be the happiest.

That's a fair point. I hadn't though about DLC during the time gaps, so it could be that. But man, I want him to make it to DA3.

Yes, but Orlais would have so many awesome masks.

That's gotta be worth something, right?

Zevran says something about showing Hawke what's beneath the surface.  Anders pipes up with, "I think there's nothing beneath the surface, it's all pretty much right there out in the open."

If your Warden was friendly - or more than friendly - with him, I hope there's an opportunity to smack him around a bit.

Couldn't even be bothered to hang around long enough to let my Warden try to explain...and he claimed to love her! Hmph.

I'm sure he'd be in that at the very least. That was something I hadn't considered; my brain just skipped right ahead to DA3.

Hee, Anders, "I think it is true, actually."

I kinda wish I had exiled Alistair just for this. That is one powerful quote.

Haha. Awakening Anders would think DA2 Anders is a wet blanket.

Sucks that he didn't say the line :(

Anders and his silly fugitive mage feather pauldrens would look drab there.

I-- imagine mages. They're good for peacocking. It must be nuts there. Like, Queen Amidala from Star Wars. *dreamy* Feathers and colour, everywhere. And glitter. So much glitter.

Emile de Launcet will escape to Orlais and be the hero of DA3. XP

As to Anders in anything post-DA2, I would like it, but it seems like it would be difficult considering all the people that killed him. At least, it seems like it would be difficult to have him in any major role unless they wanted to go all out and have the possibility of both Anders and zombie Justice depending on if he's dead or not.

Well.

Decided. I say you send this idea into Bioware, because that would -- it would lift video games from a hobby to fine art. That's a study of the human experience.

They wear masks?? I thought they only loves shoes with ribbons and silk underwear?

My big question about Orlais is... is there that many french voice actors able to do English too?  I think about so many time how they have english speaking people faking it ( always is horrible...) That is why I hope they stick to the various English accent and the occasional Orlesian, Antivan and so on...

Nevarian have what accent?

I never could understand why he left without even trying to talk to the Warden. I mean yeah, sure, strong emotions and moral values, but there could have been a more satisfying conclusion/conversation before he took off.

Quoting again to say that I would give my left arm and piles of Bioware points for post-DA2 Anders content. Heck, all of the companions have the option for it, since Varric says they all leave for "some reason"- I'd like to know what they are. I can just see it being hard to implement anything that really involved him just because, well, he's probably dead in a lot of people's playthroughs at that point.

The strategy guide extras tell me they wear masks.

And I think there are a lot. Though, Bioware is Canadian... It may, unfortunately, be a lot of Quibecoise goin' on. I do think that actors can do accents correctly if they work at them --

Er. I can't think of the English word. With great eagerness?

Whatevs. But people can do it. It just involves a lot of work and listening.

And Nevarran accent is a made up one.

It would truly be a masterpiece. Think of all the romance potential.
