Maybe he pulls the bib up as a mask? or maybe he just follows the "hang whatever **** you find on your body" school of fashion. Which I support.

Considering the rags tied around his arms and such, I find this to be a valid hypothesis.

And whatever that piece of grey cloth along the front of hisoutfit is (underneath his jacket). It just seems to be like, a dirty grey rag dickie or something

Hi everyone! Stopping by to show support for my favourite hot-headed revolutionary mage ;)

I've been looking through the thread but there is no way I'll read nearly 400 pages anytime soon. Anders is indeed a well written character if he inspires so many different emotions in people.

Anyway I've been playing through some Anders romantic dialogs to see what the other responses are and wondered about something. First time I played I always used the first romantic option that popped out on the left side of the dialog wheel because I didn't want to miss the romance. Now I noticed that in the second conversation in the first Act if you choose the top-diplomatic answer (instead of left-romantic) Anders actually flirts with you instead just reject my attempt to seduce him. I kind of missed that in my first playthrough and now I'm positively surprised that it is there. Still I wished it wasn't hidden like that. On the other hand in the conversation with a kiss if you choose 'normal' answers instead of romantic it skips the kiss and I'm not sure if the romance scene at home happens at all.
So was it only me that missed Anders actively flirting Hawke in first Act or was it just not as intuitive as it should be.

There's a dirty-white triangle of cloth under his left side of this green feather mantle. Looks like it's made of burlap. Or a napkin. Burlapkin.

So comparing Anders to Zoolander's Hansel made me think of this possible Anders/Warden reunion

Anders: So I'm climbing to the top of the Chantry to plant a bomb when suddenly I slip, and I start to fall. Just falling, ahh ahh, I'll never forget the terror. When suddenly I realize "Holy ****, Anders, haven't you been drinking lyrium for six straight days, and couldn't some of this maybe be in your head?"
Warden: And?
Anders: And it was. I was totally fine.  I've never even been to Kirkwall.

*snicker*

Oh yes.

It's how I dress myself. Mismatched socks, too many scarves, jackets with shorts, uneven and different hight flip flops... Anders and I would be fashion buddies.

Innestin! Must be a Lady Hawke only thing? 3/4 dialogue options with manHawke always leads to Anders hitting on him, the fourth being "SHUT THE HELL UP" .

I finally found a comic to sum up the topic of "Apostate Hawke being ignored by the whole of Kirkwall" that we had several pages back.

LOL

Of  course my first thought after reading the second panel was "MAGES CAN'T TELEPORT" followed up by uncontrollable laughter.

And there's a mod floating around that makes your Hawke's eyes all glowy. Blood Mage = red eyes and spirit healer = blue eyes. It's pretty neat. Except there's no red eyes option for manHawke yet :(

Get out of my brain, you!

Heh. Dickie.

And that's the thing that really gets me about his outfit, that weird undergarment thingy that reminds me of an old-timey nightgown for old men. I don't even know, I think I'll just blame Justice for that, too.

Wake up in the morning feeling like Bill Nye. Brush my teeth with coffee black 'cause I ain't coming back until really late because I've got preform centrifugation and run my sample through gel electrophoresis. Sad my phone knew that word after only a few letters. :sobs:

Now I'm picturing Anders wearing one of those old fashioned mangowns and sock garters...  Definitely going to blame Justice for that one too.

I liked the random templars standing around asking you about the mage underground and if you knew anything about it. After blowing up some Carta thugs in front of one I could just picture my Hawke, surrounded by smoldering bodies, turning to the templar and going, "Nah man, wish I could help you out."

Well, just got to Sebastian's little... moment.

"I know you have sympathy for the rebels, but surely you must see they can't win. Frankly, both sides are despicable. I wouldn't leave Her Grace at the mercy of either. But it will be over soon, one way or the other.
"I know you and Anders are... It's not my place to question. But please, be careful. He's a dangerous man. And selfish. Whatever he promised, don't think he'll ever put you above his own needs."

You ****ing hypocrite. Someone give me a Shoot Sebastian In The Face With His Own Grandfather's Bow mod right the **** now, please.
Next play-through I'm not picking up his quests at all, so hopefully he will be in the Chantry when it blows. It will be a thrill of pleasure amidst the angst.
