Yeah, I'd like to know more about his past too. The short story had a good amount of information about how he was sent to the Circle. At least, I think it was in the short story... Anyone have a link?

I'll just... live in blissful ignorance then. I've played too many games with the default manHawke face now that I can't accept any other Hawke without the stupid beard.
